On Saturday morning 45 horses will leave the start box at the 2022 Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by MARS to tackle Derek di Grazia's cross-country course. The course has an optimum time of 11 minutes and 4 seconds and is 6,308 meters with 28 fences and 45 jumping efforts at 570 mpm, so the horses and riders will need to be fit as they take on the highest level of the sport.
USEA CEO Rob Burk took a walk around the cross-country course as part of his volunteer role at the event and has your full fence-by-fence preview.
Be sure to check out the course with video commentary of select combinations on the CrossCountry Course App as well!
