From Route 15 in Maryland or Virginia: At Pt of Rocks, turn South onto MD-28 / CLAY ST. At stop sign turn right to continue on MD-28. Turn LEFT onto PARK MILLS RD. Event is 1.1 miles on left.
From I-70 in MD: exit # 54 onto MD-355 South/ URBANA PIKE. Turn right onto Park Mills Road. Event is 6.4 miles on right.

Fees:
Draw checks to Loch Moy Farm. Separate check for each entry.
FEH-4-Ch: $100 + $10 starter fee
FEH-3-Ch: $100 + $10 starter fee.
FEH-2-Ch:
$100 + $10 starter fee.
YEAR-Ch
: $100 + $10 starter fee.
Stabling: $75 per night.
Muck Fee: $50 (separate check).
Electric (only) Hook Up: $40/night.
Non-Competing Horse Grounds Fee: $40/day.
Double Entries: Not accepted.
Entries:
All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after September 16 must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) Entry fees include a $15 non-refundable office fee. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $15 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS; ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $15 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. 12 month Coggins must be current through last day of competition and must accompany entry. Post-entries accepted as space allows. Late Fees: $25 charged to late and incomplete entries received after closing date.

Ribbons through 4th place for Overall Yearling, FEH-2, FEH-3 and FEH-4.
Trophies to Grand Champions of the Overall Yearling, FEH-2, FEH-3 and FEH-4.
Ribbons to Overall Grand Champion through 6th place.
Trophies, Neck Sashes, and Prizes to Grand Champion and Reserve Champion.
Born in America Trophy, and Neck Sash to the Highest Placing American Bred. 
MD Horse Council Award to the Highest Placing MD Bred
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stabling: 54 permanent stalls; temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include a SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. Competitors wishing to stay for the week must make arrangements through secretary. Bedding/Hay available for purchase ONLY if preordered on stabling form. Limited # of electric (only) hook-ups around stabling, $40/night.

Dogs: All dogs must be leashed per USEF rule GR 301.6. Failure to comply may result in elimination and will incur  $100 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Other: Concessions available on grounds. Water on grounds but it is advised to bring your own. Non-competing horses require Neg. 12 month Coggins through last day of event.
