Directions:
Address: 1985 Clark Road, Butte Valley, CA 95965.
From Sacramento: Take Hwy 99 north to hwy 70 north. After passing through Oroville continue on Hwy 70 to Hwy 191/Clark Road (there is a traffic light). Turn Left on Hwy 191/Clark Road and go about 1.5 miles, Camelot entrance will be on your left.
From Redding: Take Hwy 99 through Chico. South of Chico, take Pentz/Durham Road exit toward Butte College (turn left at end of exit ramp). Continue east on Pentz/Durham Road to Clark Road (four way stop sign, Clear Creek gas station and mini mart is on the southeast corner). Turn Right on Clark Road and go about 1.5 miles, Camelot entrance will be on your right.

Thurs: Cross-Country course opens - 3 pm.
Fri: Dressage - 8 am; FEH no earlier than 1pm.
Sat: Cross-Country - 8 am.
Sun: Show Jumping - 8 am; Cross Country Course open for schooling immediately upon completion of Show Jumping.
Combined Test: same tentative schedule as Horse Trials

Stabling: $125.00 portable barn stall; $150 12 x 24 pipe pen.
Trailer-in Fee: FREE- NO HAUL IN FEE.
Non-competing Horses: $100.00 grounds fee/weekend or $50/day plus applicable stabling fee.
Schooling Cross Country on Sunday after completion of competition: $20 per horse.

Refunds: Before C.D. – Refund less $25 office fee. After C.D. to May 31 – Refund less $25 office fee. After May 31, no refund unless entry and stabling can be filled from wait list. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation – no refund. All changes/scratches must be made by email to terry@camelotequestrianpark.com.
Entries:
All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entries must be RECEIVED by show secretary by closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked after closing date will be assessed a $35 late fee. ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted – open check only if prior arrangement made with Organizer. Any entry sent without full payment will be considered incomplete and may not be accepted, may be assessed the incomplete entry fee depending on receipt of payment in full. 2017 Rule Change - USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN or Full for Preliminary) are required for all levels except Intro and Combined Tests. Intro competitors do not pay USEA non-membership fee or starter/D&M fee.  Combined Tests competitors who are not members of the USEA must pay a $25 USEA Non-member. Incomplete entry – Fee $15. Changes after C.D. $25. Negative Coggins required within six months for out-of-state horses (CA state law). ALL PRELIMINARY entries must include copy of USEF card for rider, trainer and owner.

Awards:
CEPF Ribbons to 10th place; TIP, Connemara (TIP and Connemara must submit ID numbers to Show Secretary before start of competition). Prizes AND PRIZE MONEY for all levels to 3rd place. 
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$125/portable barn stall with doors or $150/12x24 pipe pen from Wednesday to Sunday. PLEASE NOTE STALL OR PIPE PEN PREFERENCE ON STABLING FORM- if not noted then stall will be assigned at management discretion. Non-compete horses $100 grounds fee plus applicable stabling fee, NO HAUL IN FEE!! Please note preference on stabling form. Please order shavings before event, bagged shavings $10.00 per bag. Please order feed before event, grass hay and alfalfa available on grounds. First bag of shavings provided compliments of Camelot Equestrian Park. Camping: Permitted, no open fires, no hook ups available.

Cross-Country:
P-2900 m @ 520 mpm. T-2500 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900m @ 400 mpm. BN-1900 m @ 350 mpm. Intro - 1600m @ 300mpm, max. height 24". Distances approximate, final measurements will be available on www.mycoursewalk.com and in Event Program. All courses: Average to slightly above average, not generally considered a "move-up" course over rolling terrain. School Cross Country and metered galloping track seven days a week until Cross-Country course closes on June 4th at sunset.

Divisions may be divided or combined and schedule changed if entries warrant. Team Competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level; $5/team member.
Stabling for non-competing horses is allowed, please check for availability and reserve by closing date. Non-competing fee of $100/weekend or $50/day grounds fee plus applicable stabling fee due with reservation.
Food on grounds beginning on Friday.
Dogs allowed- must be on held leash during competition. If dog is off leash, $100 fine payable to CEPF.
Paper pinney numbers will be provided, rider must provide vinyl bib. Vinyl Bibs will be available for purchase at Camelot for $20 each. Be sure to visit the Camelot Booth for Camelot gear or that missing tack item.
PARTIES: Friday 6pm - "no host" Taco and Beverage Bar, music provided by DJ Dave. Saturday 6pm - live band with "no host" Beverage Bar at the Camelot/Kinders Dinner Party and Ice Cream Social; 1 free ticket per entry, additional tickets available at $25 each - please buy extra tickets early. Paper pinney numbers will be provided, rider must provide vinyl bib.
