From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile.  Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left.

Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 9/12/17 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/26/17.

 

Returned check fee: $35.00.


REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 9/12/17, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).  No refunds after 9/12/17. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.



  
Entries:

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 9/12/17, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 9/12/17, or a $50 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $30 non-refundable fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a current USEA number As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually.


All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 9/12/17 or a $50 late fee will be owed.

Scratches & Changes: must be e-mailed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 9/26/17.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

If any fees are owed on day of show, payment must be made in cash or packet will not be issued.

Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.

Awards:
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS!

Advanced: 1st - $15,000, 2nd - $12,000, 3rd - $9,000, 4th - $6,000, 5th - $3,000, 6th - $1,000.
Intermediate:  1st -  $1,600, 2nd - $1,300, 3rd -  $900, 4th -  $600, 5th -  $400, 6th -  $200.
Preliminary through Beginner Novice: Up to $15,000 in Prize Money will be awarded. Each level /division will be awarded some portion of the prize money.

Jockey Club's Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards and Points for this show.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited on-grounds stabling $200/stall Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1: all on site stalls at least12x12 permanent  w/doors.  Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.  Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax). Aiken County Pony Club offering stall stripping services for a $25 donation. Call Rebecca Gutierrez at 803-646-0462 to make arrangements.

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: 
A-2014 Advanced Test B-Std. I-2014 Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All Advanced and Intermediate Dressage will be ridden on Attwood surfaced arenas, All Preliminary, Training, Novice and Beginner Novice dressage will be ridden on grass arenas.
Cross-Country:
Cross-Country Courses designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR)
A – 3500 m @ 570 MPM. I – 3200 m @ 550 MPM. P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Average to Challenging for horses with experience at this level. Competitors can expect Maximum height fences, water, ditches and banks at all levels. Cross-Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-Country Course is not open for schooling .
Other Information:
Offering Advanced Course walk(s) with Boyd Martin. This is a fun way to see the course and listen to Boyd talk about how he will approach riding the course on different horses. There will be a $10 donation to a charity to be announced to participate in these course walks.  Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 to sign up for the Course Walks. Cross-Country Course is not open for schooling . Stable View volunteers are eligible for a schooling opportunity. Please contact the office if interested in volunteering.

Total maximum entries 220. After 220 a wait list will be compiled.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  

Food on grounds.

All dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.

Ice (not bagged) available in the Main Barn free of charge.

All horses must be in compliance the new vaccination rule - USEF GR845. If you are asked for your horses’ vaccination record, one must be supplied in accordance with USEF GR845.
