Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. $25=Lost pinny, no deposit required. $25 change fee for each change made to entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D–no refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. If space allows and post entries are accepted there will be a $50 late fee.
Trophy & 6 ribbons per division.
All stabling will be at Morven Park in Leesburg, please send stabling form to Mary Coldren with payment of $120/stall for the weekend. Stalls limited, book early. All stalls permanent with doors. Veterinarian: # will be posted at sec´y´s office. Vet on grounds for competition.
