Beautiful Courses, Great Volunteers, Wonderful Fall Colors.  Be aware AKC Dog Show held concurrently at fairgrounds.  NO LOOSE DOGS!  Competitor and spectator entrance only through Gate 3. Directions:
Address: 229 Fairview Drive, Plymouth, WI   Sheboygan County Fairgrounds for Stabling, Dressage and Show Jumping.  From Hwy 23, Plymoth, exit south on County OJ (Citgo Gas on corner).  Proceed 1\2 mile into residential area.  Fairgrounds on left.  Enter Gate 3, ONLY.
Address:  W6224 Woodland Road, Plymouth WI  Sundance Farm for Cross-country, only.  Exit Fairgrounds right to Hwy 23.  Take that right (East).  Immediately get in left lane.  Exit left onto County Rd E.  Immediately turn left on to County O (frontage Road).  Continue approximately 1\2 mile to stop sign.  Return on to Hwy 23 to right (West). Continue 2 miles to County C.  Exit ramp on right.  Turn left at stop sign.  Proceed one mile to Woodland Road.  Watch for sign.  Turn left on Woodland Road and procedd to end of road.  (Do not rely on GPS systems as the "J lanes" on Hwy 23 are new). This is the safest route for horse trailers.

Tentative Schedule:
Fri: Stabling open at noon.  No early arrivals accepted unless special arrangements are made with show secretary.  Cross-country open-3 pm.
Sat: At Fairgrounds Dressage starts at 8:00 am; Show Jumping at 10:00 am.
Sun:  At Sundance Farm Cross-country begins at 8:30 am.  All horses must leave fairgrounds by 12:00 noon.  No horses allowed to return to fairgrounds after noon.

Entry per division:  $250.00.  Opening date entries receive $25 discount.
Stabling:  $100.00\weekend.
Stall Deposit: $25.00 - Check destroyed if stall is cleaned before noon on Sunday, 9\24.
Grounds Fee for non stabled horses: $40.00.
Tack Stall:  $75.00.
Camping:  $60.00\weekend, includes electricity.
NSF:  $50.00.
Loose Dog Fee: $50.00.

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee for withdrawals received in writing (via e-mail or snail mail).  After C.D.-Less $30 only if place can be filled from wait list; usually credit toward future event.  NO phone cancellations accepted.  After C.D.-Entry/Stabling- No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:
The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.






Entries:
Include printed, legible current email address on entry.  All corresondence from Secretary will be via email.  Entries will not be considered complete until payment is received.  Please send complete entry with original signatures, payment, and Negative Coggins (dated after 9\24\2016) to Secretary.  Changes\Scratches must be made in writing.  $25 fee for changes after closing date. Late entries accepted if space available; must pay $50 late fee.  Funds postmarked after close date will be charged late fee.  Haul-Ins must pay $40.
Trainer CT Award:  Trainer must sign up before before noon on Saturday: Designate rider's names for points to be accumulated. Awarded Saturday evening at Competitors Party with combined scores from dressage and stadium jumping.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. Highpoint CT Trainer Award. Low Dressage Score Award.  Area IV Low Score Adult Rider.  Numerous sponsor Awards from Healthy Coat and Riders Warehouse, Horse Emporium, Horsey Habit, Devoucoux, and Impulsion
Stabling/Veterinarian:
110 Permanent stalls, doors and 1 bag of bedding provided.  Stabling and Show Jumping at fairgrounds with dressage rings.  Cross-country 4 miles away at Sundance Farm.  Bedding available $7\bag.  $25 Clean Stall Deposit Required - check will be destroyed if stall is stripped before 12:00 noon on Sunday.  Designate one stabling group name if you want to stable with others.  Stabling fee $100 for weekend.  Grounds Fee for non-stabled horses $40.  Out of state horses must have Health Certificate.  Veterinarian on Grounds: Fredonia Vet Clinic  (920) 262-2439Farrier on grounds: Mark Ellis (414) 416-1324.

Limited camping available at fairgrounds with electrical and water hookup-$30\night. Coin operated showers available on grounds: Must reserve ahead. If you are arriving late, please contact Event Secretary ahead of arrival.

Test & arena sizes: PT- 2014 USEF Prelim Test A-Sm.  T-2014 USEF Training Test B -Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014  USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Starter-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.  Arenas: Sand. 
Cross-Country:
PT- 2400m@ @ 470 mpm.  T-2200m @ 450 mpm.  N-1750m @ 375 mpm.  BN-1500m @ 350 mpm. Starter-1000m @250 mpm. All courses ask a wide variety of questions.  All courses are good final preparation before moving up to next level.  Not recommended as a Move-Up course. Offers rolling to hilly terrain with open and wooded lanes.  All levels offer water hazard, banks, and ditches.  Nice variety of safe, well built jumps. NO vehicles on course without permission.  All dogs must be on leash and under control at all times. ($50 FEE FOR LOOSE DOGS ON COURSE)  Cross Country Course may be open (depending on time\weather) for 1 hour after the completion of cross-country for schooling, $25/horse.  Everyone must check in, sign a waiver, and get new pinny.  Check show office for details.  Check out website for virtual course walks.  Go to www. Sundancefarm.net.  Cross-country course closed September 3, 2017. 
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed September 3, 2017.   Food available on grounds.  Riders must have Pinny Holders.  We will provide paper numbers.  Competitor's party will be offered on the cross-country course Saturday night. Free for volunteers and competitors.    All riders must sign Sundance Farm Release Form; 18 and under must have parent or guardian signature. Limit 110 stalls.  Will accept 130 entries.  Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times. ($50 Loose Dog fee will be enforced)
