From North: US 101 south to San Miguel. Exit on Mission Street. Left to River Road (small sign). Cross bridge & continue south approx. 1 mi. to 8715 North River Road. It is on the right side of the road.
From South: US 101. Exit on Mission Street. Continue straight thru town of San Miguel. Right on River Road. Then follow as above.

Non-Competing Horse Fee: $100 (per Non-compete Horses).
Camping Hookup: $25/night (reserve water only hookup.)
Teams: $5/person.

Refunds: Before C.D. Refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. CD to Sept. 12-less $35 office fee. After Sept 12 no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. Xentry Refunds: All Xentry's paid with credit card that are refunded from wait list are subject $25 non-refundable office fee taken from refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Entries & xEntries MUST include payment to be accepted. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! . Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $35. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Intro: USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply. Double entries: Accepted $25. Change Fee: $25, for any changes made after closing date, all changes/scratches must be made by email to info@grayareaevents.com. Incomplete Entries: $15, missing signatures. Refunds: Before C.D. Refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. CD to Sept. 12-less $35 office fee. After Sept 12 no refund unless spot can be filled from wait list. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 12 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay non member fee. Priority given to complete entries based on postmark date!

All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee.

Awards:

Prizes for 1st to 3rd and 7 ribbons per division. 

Stabling/Veterinarian:
74 12'x12' perm. stalls, 12 15'x15' pipe corrals, 400 10'x10' temp stalls on grounds. Wood stall priority given to TRR members and TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $135 from Noon Wednesday through Noon Monday. Additional nights $25/night. Non-stabled horses/hauled in horses for weekend=$60 (TRR members exempt.) Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Feed/ Hay/Bedding available for purchase; Shavings-$11/bag, email pre-orders to info@grayareaevents.com. Veterinarian: Dr. Sadie Zeil 805.550.5544 on call before the event; Equine Center during the Event 805.541.6367. Extended stays welcome, email Andrea at andrea@twinriversranch.com for pricing.

Best Western Black Oak Motor Lodge -7mi. (805) 238-4740. Holiday Inn Express -7mi. (805) 238-6500. Make reservations EARLY! Camping: Allowed. Reserved Water Hook ups $25/night, first come first served with entry, only 45 spots available.

Test & arena sizes: A-2014 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Intro: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
A-3400 m @ 570 mpm. I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 470 mpm. N-1900m @ 400 mpm. BN-1900m @ 350 mpm.  Intro - 1200m @300mpm, max. height 24", 12-15 efforts. All courses: Average to challenging, for horses with some experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing.  Cross-country course closed September 6 at sundown, call to make appointment.

Cross-country course closed September 6 at sundown, call to make appointment. Twin Rivers reserves the right to close sections before Cross-Country course closes.
Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divide/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be on a held leash. $100 loose dog donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes.
Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member.
Competitors'/Volunteers'/Officials' Party Saturday night, one ticket included with entry, additional available for $20.
Cahoots Catering food available during show on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.
Please pre-order shavings  at $11/ bag and hay before the Event at info@grayareaevents.com. Last orders are at 3 pm daily.
