Address: Washington State Horse Park - 1202 Douglas Munro Blvd CleElum, WA  (www.washingtonstatehorsepark.org)

From I-90 Eastbound - Take Exit 84; follow ramp to the first left (between Chevron and Windermere) turn onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it bends left. Proceed 0.7 miles (go past cemetery) to entrance for the Horse Park.

From I-90 Westbound - Take Exit 84; at end of exit ramp turn right onto Oakes Ave., proceed 0.5 miles to light; make left onto W. First St. and continue 0.7 miles; Turn Right (between Chevron and Windermere) onto Douglas Munro Blvd., stay on this road as it bends left and proceed 0.7 miles (go past cemetery) to entrance for the Horse Park.
To Lower Cross Country Course: (This is the course for Intermediate & Preliminary levels) Take Exit 80 and head North on Bullfrog Road.  Go 1/2 mile and turn right on Woodduck Road. Parking for cars is along left side of Woodduck Road while trailers park on right side of road.

Haul-in fee: $15/day for non-stabled horses.

 

Refunds before CD less $25 office fee; after CD less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. $25 late fee for entries received after CD. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be refunded to any rider who does not start the dressage test.  Competition Cancellation:  No refunds will be given.
Amendments:
Withdrawal/cancellation requests must be in writing or email to Sec.   Each revision after closing date will incur $20 change fee.
$50 fee for all returned checks.  
Entries:

Payment must be received by closing date. After closing date unpaid entries will go to end of wait list and must pay the late fee to be reinstated. Online early entry with credit card highly encouraged.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.  (See refund policy in FEES paragraph).
Double entries accepted. Organizer reserves the right to limit multiple entries if oversubscribed. If oversubscribed, priority will be given to Preliminary and Intermediate level riders.

Proof of Negative Coggins Test and Health Certificate required for out-of-state horses within 6 months.
Per USEF Rule: Proof of Flu Vaccination within 6 months must be available if requested. Inability to furnish proof of vaccination, health certificate or coggins (if needed), may result in disqualification without return of entry fees.


Required at all levels:  USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full).
Intermediate & Preliminary level riders please submit copies of USEF cards for rider, owner and trainer.

We are using re-usable pinneys: You may provide your own pinney or purchase one for $20.00.

Awards:
Ribbons to 8th place in all divisions. Multiple prizes based on entries.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Stabling: $125 from 9 am on Thurs to 6 pm Sunday. Wed night stall is an additional $25 and you MUST inform secretary.  160 stalls onsite (2 bags of bedding included), 12 uncovered paddocks avail for $90 ea. No tack stalls available. There is a $25/stall/paddock CLEANING DEPOSIT (separate check required); stalls must be stripped - not just picked clean- at end of stay for deposit to be returned.  
Haul In fee: $15 per day for non-stabled horses. 
For "Stable With" requests, please use a single name for the group.  
Veterinarian:  Evergreen Equine Veterinarians. 
Farrier: Geri Gohsman - on call Fri.  On the grounds Saturday and Sunday.

Camping available on grounds for free, please respect parking attendants.  Limited Hookups avail at $90/weekend - reserve in advance.

Test & arena sizes: Sand Arenas. I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std.   P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.  All T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. All BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.

Approximate Specs:
I: 
3300m @ 550mpm, 26 obstacles.  P: 3000m @520mpm, 22 obstacles.  T: 2200m @ 450mpm, 19 obstacles.  N: 1950m @400mpm, 17 obstacles.  BN: 1500m @35 mpm, 16 obstacles.
Training, Novice and Beginner Novice will be on the upper course.  Footing is woodsy loam on groomed trails with terrain changes.
Intermediate and Preliminary levels will be located at the lower course, off Woodduck Road. Course is wide trails through pine forest, groomed and conditioned footing.
Lower cross-country courses closed all season.  Upper cross country course closed September 12th at 12:01 am.
