Entry includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
All entries must be through Evententries.com Only three horses per rider per level will be accepted.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; Withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, e-mailed or mailed on or before C.D. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless there is a waiting list. ANY entries (if space allows) or changes made to entry after C.D. will be charged $50 processing fee. No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event. Competition cancellation-No refund. X-C Pinny/Holder/Insert Required. Copy of current negative Coggins within 12 months must accompany entry.
Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. Prize money for top three placement for all levels.

Approximate distances. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2300 m @ 470 mpm. N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: a true test for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country courses closed: Always and is not open until 3:OO PM on June 23. All cross country courses will be irrigated and or aerated if needed. Competition staff will decide about irrigation/aeration weather pending.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; Please state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
There will be a prominent Farm-stand Food tent with 8 vendors on the grounds and a boutique marketplace with 30 vendors.
This is a country weekend for the community and advance tickets for spectators will be on sale for $10 through the website and 50 vendors in the area. Admission will be $20 at the gate for adults. Children under 16 are free as well as free parking. All competitors will be given 4 complimentary tickets with their entry.
Dogs must be leashed with human attached: $100 fine for loose dogs.
