FROM I-64 / US40: Take Exit 22 South for MO-141S/Woods Mill Rd. Take exit to Clayton Rd./MOHH. Keep right at the fork. Turn left at the light onto Clayton Rd. and travel 0.7 miles to Weidman Rd. Turn right onto Weidman Rd. and the park will be on your left at the light in 1.8 miles. Turn left into park, take first left and follow signs to trailer parking.
FROM I-270: Take Exit 9 West for MO-100/Manchester Rd. Take Manchester Rd. west for 2.5 miles to light at Weidman Rd. Turn right onto Weidman Rd. and the park will be on your right at the light in 0.5 mile. Turn right into park, take first left and follow signs to trailer parking. will not be considered complete until all money, signatures, emergency contact
phone number and a copy of a current Negative Coggins are received by the
Secretary. All checks will be deposited at the time of receipt.
Entries will not be assigned a ride time unless all fees are received by QPEE and all signatures and the Coggins are in the hands of the Secretary. Entries must be postmarked by 5/23/17 or be subject to a post entry fee of $50. Entry status can be checked at StartBox Scoring. Credit cards will be accepted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office
fee. XC Pinny Insert Holder required for ALL
divisions. No Pinny Insert Holders sold at the show. Double entries are not accepted. All
competitors must be USEA members, except Starter. New this year BN riders must be USEA members. Starter riders are exempt from all
USEA fees (Starter/Drugs/Membership/Non-Membership). Riders will be limited to
two horses per division. $40 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.?
Refunds: Before 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/23/17, Closing Date, please notify the Secretary by e-mail or mail; (No voicemail will be accepted) for a refund, less the $25 non-refundable office fee. After 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/23/17, Closing Date, No Refunds! No withdrawals will be honored unless received by the Secretary in writing (e-mail or mail) before 9:00 p.m. CST on 5/23/17, Closing Date. Competition Cancellation = No refunds. ANY CHANGES will be charged $25/each and NO CHANGES, only substitutions within same division, before 6/2/17. Negative Coggins, dated within 12 months, required for all horses. Original Coggins report required at event. State of MO requires out-of-state horses to have a Current Health Certificate.

The Jockey Club's Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.) awards High Point and Reserve ribbons and cash for top score at each level. More information at www.tjctip.com.
STABLING: $160/Stall from 9 a.m. Friday, 6/9/17, to Monday morning, 6/12/17. Temporary Stalls with stall door (approximately 10' x 10'), electric outlet for one box fan and no initial shavings. $110/Tack Stall. Pre-order shavings with your entry for $6/bag. A limited supply of shavings will be available on the grounds for $8/bag. A $50 Jump Out Fee will be charged for horses not stabling on the grounds.

Official Show Hotel: Hampton Inn Chesterfield, 16201 Swingley Ridge Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63017, 636.537.2500; 6 miles from Queeny Park - mention Queeny Park Equestrian Events to get special Horse Show Rate. The Hampton group code is APE. Reservations must be made before 6/2/17.
Camping is permitted, but no open flames are allowed. There is no water, electric, or facilities on the property besides the porta-potties. A $100 fine will be charged to anyone who connects to the stabling generator. If problems with lodging, contact Secretary.
All tests will be ridden in a small arena on grass. Tests: M = 2017 USEF Modified Test; T 2014 USEF Training Test A; N = 2014 USEF Novice Test A; BN = 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B; and Starter = 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A. Arenas are Grass, flat for upper levels and on a slight hill for lower levels.
Cross country start and finish have been moved closer to the secretary's tent and will be held on Sunday.
Appropriate courses for early in the season. Open galloping terrain with one big hill. Water and banks BN - M. Starter course has maximum fence height of 2'3'. Starter course is a great opportunity to introduce horses and riders to smaller versions of real cross country fences. Starter has optional water and bank up. Cross Country Course closes at 7:00 p.m. CST on May 14, 2017.
XC Paper Number Pinny Holders will be used for the Cross Country in All divisions. Pinny Insert Holders will not be sold at the show.
Cross Country Schooling will be allowed Sunday after Cross Country is finished. Cross Country Schooling is only allowed for those entered in the show. The fee is $25.00 and requires a special pinny from Secretary.
Entry limit 150. Levels may be divided as entries warrant. State your preferences under the Eligibility Section and include birth date on entry.

Non-Competing horses must be assigned a number and arrangements must be made prior to the show.
Food Concessions on grounds for lunch Saturday and Sunday. Limited breakfast at the Secretary Tent. Parties Friday and Saturday nights.
Harmony Farms Saddle Shop will be on the grounds.
Dogs must be leashed under St. Louis County Park Ordinances. Park Rangers will be there to enforce rules.
The Dressage venue and Cross Country course is about 1/4 mile or 10 minute walk from Secretary Tent. The Show Jumping venue is about 3/4 mile or a 30 minute walk.
Competitors and Trainers are welcome to bring their own golf carts to Queeny Park Horse Trials.
QPEE will provide shuttles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the Secretary Tent to the Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country venues.
Medical card/armband, ASTM/SEI helmets, and safety vests required for cross country at all levels.
ASTM/SEI helmets will be required at all times when mounted.
