Fri: 9-2 Dressage Tests $20: Jumper Tests $20 per round. Intro-9-9:45,  BN-10-11:30, N-11:45-1,T-1:15-2:15; P-2:30-3, PC XC Test $50. 10-10:45,   Cross-country course open-3 pm. Mandatory briefing-4 pm.
Sat: Dressage 7:30 am; Show Jumping-10 am;  Competitor's Party-6:30 pm.
Sun: Cross-country-8 am.

Entry:  Per division: I/IP/P-$280.00; T/N/BN-250.00;  CT: $175.00; Intro: $175.00.
Stabling: $130.00.
Non-competing horses: $100.00, plus stabling.
Camping: $20/night, per rig. Also $20 per night per tent (Please include with entry).
Teams: $5.00 per person. 
Party: $15.00 (addt´l tickets).
Haul-in fee: $75.oo for the weekend, due with entry.  Tack Stall: $130.00 (if available).

Refunds: Full refund before CD:  After C.D. no refund unless entry  can be filled from a waitlist.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Entries:
We are using plastic, reusable competition pinnys, available at Bit of Britian://www.bitofbritian./competitionPinny_p/3712.htm. Also available at show office for $20.00. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE ARE SUBJECT TO A $30. POST ENTRY FEE. Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test and pre-comp. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M
fees do not apply. Pre-comp participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.  Full refund before CD:  After C.D. no refund unless entry  can be filled from a waitlist.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. In the event of insufficient entries the C.D. will be extended. $25.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after CD. Entries not complete (complete=means all fees paid and required information provided) by closing date will be charged a $35 prossing fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Prizes 1st -3rd; Ribbons 1st -8th.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. SHAVINGS ARE $10.00 PER BAG. $130/stall Thursday 10am. to Monday 10am. Stall doors,  1 bag initial bedding provided. $75 trailer-in fee for the weekend, for non stabled horses. $100 for non-competing horses, plus stabling.  Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec´y.  Stabling requests must accompany entry.
Veterinarian: Dr. Martin Crabo, will be on site. Farrier: TBA, will be on site. Phone numbers posted on score board.

Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Pre-comp: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A- Sm. Arenas: Cinders & Sand.
Cross-Country:
I-2800 m @ 530 mpm.  P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1600 m 350 mpm. Pre-comp-1500 m 300 mpm. water option. Terrain: High elevation, 6500: Fit horses please. Water on all courses. Good footing, lots of trees winding through forest; some rolling terrain. Cross-country course closed.
Other Information:
We are also running the  USDF Coconino Dressage Show in conjuction with the Coconino Ht. Entry Forms may be downloaded from www.coconinohorsetrials.com.
Cross-country course closed.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200.  Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund.
No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the cross-country course.
Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level, $5 per person.
Party: 6:30 pm, Saturday, buffet one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $15.
Cross-country schooling for two hours (time & conditions permitting), following last horse to go on Sunday; a fee of $40 for entered horses, non-entered horses, $60;  Trainer must pick-up pinney and pay secretary.
