Entry fee includes a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry No Refund. Competition Cancellation - No Refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Any late changes will be scheduled first in the order of go unless otherwise necessary. All scratches must be sent via email to secretary-- make sure to get a receipt of email. Neg coggins req. within 12 months of competition date for all horses (those that expire prior to competition date will not be accepted). USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro riders are waived USEA membership/non-membership fees and the USEA Starter and D&M Fee does not apply.

Entries are not considered complete until completed paperwork and payment is received. Entries will carry postmark of payment.
Any changes before Closing Date will incur a $25.00 change fee
Any changes after Closing Date will incur a $50.00 change fee per change
Any entry not complete by closing date will incur a $50.00 fee
Entries; if accepted after Closing Date incur a $75.00 fee, will only be accepted with credit card payment and any paperwork not received from late entries by Monday April 3rd at 5PM will incur $50.00 late fee
NOTES TO COMPETITORS:
The after market sale, trade, or swap of entries is expressly forbidden without the prior written approval of the Organizer and all appropriate late and/or change fees being paid.
Secretary, Organizer and Organization are not responsible for the USPS. Competitors are solely responsible for ensuring their entries, information and payments are received.
All divisions placed through 8th with ribbons. Special Awards: TIP and Virginia Bred. See website for additional information and applications.
Local stabling (within 3 miles of event site). Stabling is from Saturday Noon till Sunday 5 PM, cost is $75.00 and includes 2 bags of shavings. Stabling will be refunded in full up till sunday week prior to event then $35.00 reservation and set up fee is charged, so only $40.00 will be refunded. Stables are approximately 10x10 and have doors.
Veterinarian: Clarke county Equine # will be posted at secy´s office.

Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. All BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B- Sm. Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass.
All P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 450 mpm. All N-2200 m @ 375 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 325 mpm. Test Intro-1200m @ 275 mpm. Jumps will be 18"-2'3". All courses: Some maximum height fences, water, ditches, and banks possible. Forward, galloping track for all levels.
Cross-country course Closed.
COURSES: Most of the terrain is Moderate to flat, courses are open and galloping, a good percentage of the fences per level are big and solid.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. XC schooling day will be held most likely weekend after event; weather permitting - see Secretary for details.

Dressage flat grass field. Cross-country course closed prior to event. Entry limit 160. Food on grounds.

SECRETARY WILL HAVE SMALL NUMBER OF PLASTIC PINNY HOLDERS FOR SALE PAPER NUMBERS WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS COUNTRY.
