Sun: 8:30 am-T, N, BN Cross-country. 9 am-I/P Show Jumping.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:
We encourage EARLY entries by offering better refund policy. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$25, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $25.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test and starter. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M
fees do not apply. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund; After C.D. until Jan. 24-Less $25 office fee. After Jan. 24-no refund, unless either entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, a refund for either less $25 office fee will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund.

Negative Coggins required for out-of-state horses within 12 months. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner.
All open checks that are left open after the show will incur a $5 close out fee.  
Competitor Information
Awards:

OI=$900, P=$600 per division. Trophy & 7 ribbons per divisions. Awards in show office 30 minutes following final cross-country results.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
$125/stall from noon Wednesday to noon Monday. 300 perm. stalls on grounds. Non-stabled horses=$60. Extra bedding available for purchase @ $10/bag. Stall doors provided, but stall guards recommended. Further info. contact the sec'y. Additional nights of stabling available at $25 per night. Veterinarian: # at office.

Test & arena sizes: CT-A: 2014 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. All P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. All N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN/Intro-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
I-3200 m @ 550 mpm/30 jumping efforts. All P-2700 m @ 520 mpm/26 jumping efforts. All T-2300 m @ 420 mpm/20 jumping efforts. All N-1800 m @ 350 mpm/18 jumping efforts. BN-1500 m @ 300 mpm/15 jumping efforts. Intro- 1200m @ 300 mpm, max height 24', 12-15 efforts. All courses: Comparably more straight forward than later Galway spring events. Cross-country course closed Jan. 29 at sundown.
Other Information:
Schooling Classes offered Friday 11 to 4:30. Dressage Tests of choice 11 am for $25; Show Jumping starting with Intro 12-12:45; BN 12:45-1:30; N 1:30-2:30; T 2:30-3:30 for $25. Cross-Country Test- similar to a YEH course-11 am-12:30 pm. for $50. All schooling classes are to be signed up for at the show at 9:00 on Friday.
Cross-country course closed Jan. 29 at sundown.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Good footing wet or dry! Show Jumping on grass field, studs recommended. Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed.
Team Competition: teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level.
