Traveling Tips: Do not take “Alt. US Hwy. 27” (you may never get here). Some Internet mapping sites may route you to Lynn Dr. – do not turn here (dead end road with limited turnaround). If approaching from the south, do not take US Hwy 27 through Columbus (too many traffic lights).
From North: I-85 south to exit #21, I-185 south. Exit #42, US 27 south (left). 21.7 miles to right at Kingsboro Rd. (just past Mulberry Creek). Follow Kingsboro Rd. to end. Farm entrance ahead.
From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. (pass farm main entrance), then as above.
From East & West: US 80 to Veterans Pkwy./US 27 (exit 4) north, then as above.

Entries are accepted when received. Priority is based on “postmark date" (date on envelope or online submission date). Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date" may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked.
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter.
Starter entrants are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M fees & USEA membership dues are waived.
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted.
XC pinny holder required.
$25 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits cannot be paid online. Check or cash only.
Returned checks - $30 fee.
Changes: Any change to an entry subject to $25 fee. Any change after Monday of show week (January 30), subject to $50 fee. All change requests must be in writing (email, fax or mail). Before C.D.-change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D.-change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division allowed, space permitting.
Late Fee: Entry postmarked after C.D. - $50 fee.
Refunds: Up to one week after C.D. (January 24), less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals MUST be emailed, faxed or mailed & postmarked on or before January 24. After January 24, no refunds, unless entry and/or stall can be filled from wait list, less $25 non-refundable office fee.
Competition cancellation-Partial credit.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Copy of negative Coggins within 12 months required for all horses & must accompany entry.

Thurs. through Sun. (includes night watch Friday & Saturday). Additional nights-$25/stall. 224 permanent stalls (10’
x 12’) & temporary stalls (10’ x 10’) available if entries warrant.
If temporary stabling is utilized, permanent barn assignments will be made based on
postmark date of entry (not “stable with” requests). Stall doors/initial
bedding (shavings) provided. Tack stalls $160 - available only after all
horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission
of secretary or $50 fine. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $50 for
Hay/Shavings available for purchase on grounds. Email prior to January 31
to order shavings & have them waiting at your stall when you arrive. Otherwise, shavings may be purchased upon arrival, but cannot be delivered.
$25 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with
entry ON A SEPARATE CHECK. Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving (check
will be destroyed if stall is stripped).

Camping: Limited camper hook-ups with water & electric (no septic) - $30 per night, with two-night minimum. Hot/cold showers in restroom building. Reserve early! Assignments based on postmark date of entry and are published on our Website. Payment for a hook-up does not guarantee a spot. NO electric or water hookups permitted from barns.

All courses: Beginning of the year, for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country course closed January 30.

Food concession on grounds – open early for breakfast.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed during competition. If caught loose, $25 fine.
No cars or trucks on course. No motorized vehicles allowed on course Sunday.
Starter: Membership in USEA or USEF not required for horse or rider. No USEA or USEF drug or starter fees required. Will be run the same as a USEA/USEF horse trial and, unless otherwise stated, will follow USEF rules. Either the rider or the horse may have competed above the BN level, but not both.
