Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date 9/13/16 will be charged a $25 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/27/16.

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 9/13/16, or a $25 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 9/13/16, or a $25 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $30 non-refundable fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a current USEA number.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 non member fee with entry.  All horses competing at the Beginner Novice level must be registered with at least a Restricted status. 
All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 9/13/16 or a $25 late fee will be owed.

Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 9/13/16, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).  No refunds after 9/13/16. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit.
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy:
The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  
Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 9/27/16.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at or No other notification method will be used.
Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.

Competitor Information

Advanced: 1st - $17,500, 2nd – $15,000, 3rd - $12,500, 4th - $10,000. All Advanced Competitors completing the event will receive cash prizes not less than $500. Preliminary through Beginner Novice: Up to $15,000 in Prize Money will be awarded. Each level /division will be awarded some portion of the prize money.

Limited on-grounds stabling $75/show nights 9/30 & 10/1: all on site stalls at least 12x12 permanent w/doors.  Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped.  Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $6/bag (includes tax). Aiken County Pony Club offering stall stripping services for a $25 donation. Call Rebecca Guitierrez at 803-646-0462 to make arrangements.

Test & arena sizes: 
A – 2014 Advanced Test B – Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All Advanced Dressage will be ridden on Attwood surfaced arenas, All Preliminary will be ridden either on the Attwood surfaced arenas or on Grass depending on the number of entries. All Training, Novice and Beginner Novice dressage will be ridden on grass arenas.


New Cross Country Courses designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR)
A – 3500 m @ 570 MPM. P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Average to Challenging for horses with experience at this level. Competitors can expect Maximum height fences, water, ditches and banks at all levels. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.

Offering Advanced Course walks with some of the Advanced Riders who will be riding the course for the first time. This is a fun way to see the course and listen to the Advanced Rider talk about how they will approach riding the course on their particular horse. There will be a $10 donation to the Cumbee Center To Assist Abused Persons to participate in these course walks.  Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 to sign up for the Course Walks. Cross-Country Course is not open for schooling . Stable View volunteers are eligible for a schooling opportunity.

Total maximum entries 220/day. After 220/day a wait list will be compiled.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  
Food on grounds.
All dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. Ice (not bagged) available in the Main Barn free of charge.
All horses must be in compliance the new vaccination rule - USEF GR845. If you are asked for your horses’ vaccination record, one must be supplied in accordance with USEF GR845.
