Thurs: HT Stabling open 12:00 pm. Cross-country course open-3 pm
Fri: Dressage-8 AM all divisions. BN and Starter Show Jumping 2:30 pm (this is tentative start time and may change!)
Sat: Cross-country -9 AM all divisions. Awards Ceremonies for BN and Starter during competitor party starting at 5:30 pm.

HT: I, P: $350 if received electronically or postmarked on OD! $375 if received before CD! $400 after CD.
HT: T, N, BN: $335 if received electronically or postmarked on OD! $360 if received before CD! $385 after CD!
Starter: $250 if received electronically or postmarked on OD! $275 if received before CD! $300 after CD!
All Entry Fees include mandatory stabling.
Tack Stall (if available) $125.
Clean Stall Deposit $25 (send separate check no cash or cc!)
Camper Hook-ups $100 Thursday - Sunday (Limited)
Pinny Holder Required - for sale on site for $20 ea.
NSF Fee $50
Entry fees include Stabling from Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $125 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $25 (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped clean) no CC or cash accepted. $40 charge after schedule is done, notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. BN riders who are not USEA members must pay an additional $25 with entry.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund -$25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancelation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Neg. Coggins dated 2014 for all horses, include a copy with entry.
Competitor Information
All divisions Ribbons to 10th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place. Area IV Championship ribbons and prizes. Don't miss the Awards Ceremonies for All BN  and Starter divisions taking place Saturday during the Competitor Party! 2nd Annual Otter Creek Triple Crown Award, will be awarded on Sunday. Please be ready for pictures!
200 10x10 and a few 12'x12' permanent and temp stalls with doors. One bag of shavings included. Hay $7 & shavings $8 available for purchase, email [email protected] prior to Sep. 17th to have your order delivered to your stall. Shavings only allowed! Clean Stall Deposit $25 include on separate check (cash will not be returned), if stall is found stripped clean your deposit will be destroyed. Indicate ONE stabling name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian and Farrier numbers will be posted on the score board and by barns.

Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter- 2011 USDF Test C. Arenas: Lime-sand footing.
I-3550 m @ 550 mpm. P-3250 m @ 520 mpm. T-2500 m @ 420 mpm.  N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm/max. Please note that course distances may vary due to course changes made after this omnibus was printed! All courses are constructed according to National standards for each level and are considered Average in difficulty. The courses will have some changes with some new jumps. Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sandy loam footing. Courses available on My Course  All courses spectator friendly! No unauthorized motorized vehicles allowed on course at any time unless special permit has been granted.

Cross-country course open only by appointment. Course closed September 3th.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food provided by Fosters Catering.

Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. Please clean up your dogs messes, bags available at the office for free!

Competitor Party: Saturday evening. Food, beverages and entertainment. One complementary ticket per competitor. Extra meal tickets must be purchased with entry & through Friday 6:00 PM cost: $15.00 (with entry) or $20 at the door if available.
