Electronic entries accepted only with credit card payment. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA/USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee. Double entries: Not Accepted. Entries limited to 4 horses per rider per level. If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. USEA membership required above BN, except USEA membership is required for BN-Championship entries. BN entries who are not USEA members must pay the non-member fee. Priority given to USEA members. Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry & Stabling Less $25 non-refundable office fee; after C.D.-Entry – no refund; stabling – refund only if filled from wait list. No stabling refunds after times are posted. Any entry not complete by closing date will be charged a $40 late fee. Late entry fee will be enforced. All changes must be in writing (fax/email OK) and after closing will be subject to a $30 fee. Competition cancellation-25% of entry fee refunded; no stabling fees refunded. Copy of current Neg. Coggins (within 12 months) must accompany entry or entry will be considered incomplete. Emergency information box on entry must be filled out or entry is incomplete. $30 charge for bounced check and entry will be wait listed. It is the competitor´s responsibility to be familiar with qualification requirements & to enter the proper division.

Awards:

Tiffany & Co Prizes, Prize Money & 8 ribbons per division. Ribbons will also be given for Low Score In Dressage Per Division.
New Award; Barbara S. Meyer Perpetual Trophy, awarded to the best FCHT competitor overall low scoring active NY/UC Region member of the US Pony Club, sponsored by; Millbrook Pony Club (Regional Trophy Presentation with awarded competitor's framed photo.  

TIP, the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program: will award Prize Money and Ribbon to the best scoring TB in Open Division at each level.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Temporary stabling (10x10 stalls) available on grounds. Entrance/exit gated. $200/weekend (Thursday noon-Sunday 7pm). NO BEDDING PROVIDED. STABLING OFFICE CLOSES AT 7 PM. Please use only one person's/farm's name for all "stable with" requests. Hay/shavings available for purchase. Email [email protected] to reserve shavings. No straw please! Stalls to be stripped prior to leaving. Horse Watch Patrol on grounds to check on all horses at night. Veterinarian: Millbrook Equine Veterinary Clinic, 845-677-5500; will be posted at stabling and secretary's stand, and Horse Watch.

Days Inn - 18 mi., (845) 454-1010. Holiday Inn - 22 mi., (845) 473-1151. Camping: $50 for the weekend to be paid in advance. No services provided and no open fires. Campers must sign liability release.

Test & arena sizes: P & P (CH) -2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T & T (CH)-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N & N (CH)-2010 USEF Novice Test A -Sm. BN & BN (CH) -2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand & grass rings.

Cross-Country:

Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Bring your own bib. Length of course and optimum times will be posted on the start box and at the sec´y stand, Thursday by 3 pm. P-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Attention given to course preparation to achieve excellent footing for tracks over 130 acres of rolling mowed fields. Water, ditch, drops and banks as levels permit. Improved Water Jump! Wide variety of jumps, substantially built and decorated, creating better than average courses for horses with experience at the level. Championship divisions may have additional jumping efforts. Not considered move-up courses. Course design by Derek di Grazia.

2013  USEA Area 1 Regional Championships - Fitch's Corner is very pleased to again be hosting the Area 1 Regional Championships for Beginner Novice, Novice, Training, and Preliminary qualifiers. Qualifications - see www.fitchscorner.com for qualifications and qualifying dates. Winners will receive prizes in addition to the Tiffany & Co. silver trophies.
Cross-country course closed June 3, 2013.
Entry limit 300. If schedule permits, post entries will be accepted at an additional charge of $40 per entry. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine any divisions, and accept or refuse any entry in accordance with Article EV119. Excellent food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. $30 fine enforced. NO unlicensed driver allowed to drive any motorized vehicle on the property at any time. Penalty of $100 fine: Strictly enforced by Security. Non-competing horses: fee $50 plus stabling. Must register with sec´y in advance. Current negative Coggins required. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non competing horse number.
