ALL entries must be postmarked prior to closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee. ALL entries MUST inclide payment in full. Any entry sent without payment will be considered incomplete and may be assessed the late fee depending on receipt of payment in full. Changes after C.D. $20 No pinny deposit required Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund; after C.D. to Oct. 23 - Less $25 office fee. Oct. 23 to Oct. 25-Entry credit only to next event. After Oct. 25 no refund unless spot can be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. All changes/scratches must be made by email. Incomplete Entry Fee: $15. Neg. Coggins required within 6 months for out-of-state horses (state law). All PRELIM and above must send a copy of your USEF card for rider & owner.
FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses and U.S. CCI3* horses. CCI2*/1* U.S. owned horses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number. A copy of your medical armband must accompany all CCI entries.

CCI's-Trophy, prize money & ten ribbons or one ribbon per every four starters in the CCI divisions, whichever is greater. CCI3*: $21,000. CCI2*: $6,000, CCI1*: $3,000, Galway Downs CCI3* perpetual Trophy to winning CCI3* rider, and Cooper Cooler awarded to winning CCI3* horse.  Yogi Cup presented to the highest placing CCI2* rider. Mia Eriksson Memorial trophy awarded to highest placing CCI2*YR. HT Trophy, prizes to third and seven ribbons per division.

$130 for duration. Large tack rooms available for $130. Barn opens Oct. 29 at 8 am until November 5. Early arrivals by appointmen, $20/night. 260 perm. stalls on grounds. Party for all competitors, owners and grooms: Saturday night 6PM, dinner, dancing, beer, wine & soda provided; Aspirin not included. All competitors, family members, sponsors and support crew are welcome. 1 ticket included with entry; Extra tickets $15 in advance from sec'y.
Racetrack will be available for hacking & conditioning after 12 pm daily. 3 Wrist bands given with packet.
VIP table for 10 all 3 days includes lunch on Friday and Sunday, covered seating area, & table, $900 (if purchased before Oct. 15). Single VIP available @ $55 per seat, per day prior to Oct 15 at www.galwaydowns.com.
