From Route 15 in Maryland or Virginia: At Pt of Rocks, turn South onto MD-28 / CLAY ST. At stop sign turn right to continue on MD-28. Turn LEFT onto PARK MILLS RD. Event is 1.1 miles on left.
From I-70 in MD: exit # 54 onto MD-355 South/ URBANA PIKE. Turn right onto Park Mills Road. Event is 6.4 miles on right.

Non compete grounds fee $50 per horse.
All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after September 19 must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) Entry fees include a $15 non-refundable office fee. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $15 fee and must be in writing (fax or email). Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS; ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $15 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. 12 month Coggins must be current through last day of competition and must accompany entry. Post-entries accepted as space allows. Late fee: $10 charged on all incomplete entries and entries not received by closing date.

Ribbons: 1st to 6th  Prizes: TBA

Stabling: 54 permanent stalls; temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include a SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. Competitors wishing to stay for the week must make arrangements through secretary. Bedding/Hay available for purchase ONLY if preordered on stabling form. Limited # of electric (only) hook-ups around stabling, $40/night.
Veterinarian/Farrier: on-call, contact information available at secretary's office.

Dogs: All dogs must be leashed per USEF rule GR 301.6. Failure to comply may result in elimination and will incur  $100 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Other:  Water on grounds but it is advised to bring your own. Non-competing horses require Neg. 12 month Coggins through last day of event.
