PLEASE NOTE that the entry system for this event is different than for any other US competition. All rider/horse combinations must first enter through their National Federation's FEI Entry System. For the US this is (https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx). Once entered, riders can check their entry status at (https://entry.fei.org/). Unless a rider is a Nations Cup team member and because there are a limited number of individual rider slots, acceptance of an entry will be determined by the rider’s standing on the FEI World Ranking List Eventing (WRL) at the time of the definite entries deadline (6 June 2017) as compared to all other entered individual riders. No additional entry requirements, paperwork, or payment will be required until riders are notified of their acceptance by the Organizing Committee. Within 3 days of a horse/rider combination being notified of their acceptance, riders must create their competition entry using the USEA’s Xentry system (https://services.useventing.com/Services/Login.aspx) and also pay all required fees either with their online entry or by mail, unless other arrangements are made with the Secretary. Non-US riders who are not members of the USEA must first register by creating a user account (they do not have to become a USEA member) and then register their horses using the link in their new USEA Online Services account. Horses can be registered at the Restricted level which charges no fee. Once the horse and rider registrations are complete, the rider can choose “Create an entry” in the Xentry section of their Online Services home page. Payment is also due within 3 days of acceptance notification. Please provide two checks, both payable to The Great Meadow Foundation: (1) for entry and stabling and (2) open check for incidentals. As this is a CICO, stabling is MANDATORY during the event. To assist in planning for individual riders, until the date of definite entries: 06 June 2017, the Organizing Committee will make every attempt to update the website with a list of riders who have entered the event, ranked according to their standing on the WRL (http://www.greatmeadowinternational.com/).
