From Hector, MN: Take Hwy 4 south 8 miles.Turn right on to 720th Ave and go 1 mile west Watch for These: #1... South out of town go through the big"S" curves, first right after mile marker #86 #2....Blue/Yellow Sign saying "SCHWEISS BI-FOLD DOORS" (1 Mile to the west) #3....Yellow Mailbox saying "Schweiss"

Entries limited to 220. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. Entries are accepted according to postmark date. Draw checks to: Roebke’s Run HT and mail to Chris Revier, Secretary.  For online entries, Xentry is the preferred method.

-       Non-Compete Horses $125

Clean Stall Deposit: $ 25.00 (separate check)  

-       43 RV Hook ups on site, fee $90.00 for weekend or $30/per day.

-       Hay: $8.00 per bale.  

-       Shavings: $8.00 per bag

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

-       Entries will be accepted according to postmark date. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and stabling fee. $25 stall cleaning deposit, please include a separate check, check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. $25 fee for changing horse/rider/level after CD. $40 charge for changes post schedule make up. Double entries: Not accepted. BN riders must be an USEA member. Refunds: Before CD-Entry/Stabling-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD-Entry-no refund; Stabling-less $25 full refund if stall can be filled. Competition cancellation-No refund.

-       Current 2017 Coggins required

-       GR 845: Equine Vaccination Rule: Horses showing at USEF licensed competitions must have proof of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within six months prior to entering the show grounds.

Membership: All Rider and Horses Beginner Novice and above must be members of the USEA

Awards:  1st through 8th place, ribbon & prizes 1st though 3rd.
Stabling/Veterinarian:

220 10x10 permanent with doors. Stabling opens Friday 1pm-Sunday 6pm, mandatory stabling included in entry fee, initial shavings included. Hay $8 & shavings $8 available for purchase, email [email protected]  prior to July 4, 2017 to have your order delivered to your stall. Shavings only allowed! Stall cleaning deposit=$25 included on separate check. Indicate a stabling group name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian: # will be at show office and stall door.

I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter: 2015 USDF Intro Test C.

Cross-Country:

 I-3600m @ 550mpm. P-3200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2500 m @ 450 mpm.  N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm/max. Starter:. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. Terrain: flat terrain with very good black footing. All courses spectator friendly.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food provided by Julie's Cattering. Watch schweissstables.com for information Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. Competitors Party: Saturday evening. Food, beverages, games and entertainment. One ticket included per entry. Please pre-purchase your extra meal tickets with your entry cost: $25.00 (with entry) or at the show office by 6 pm Friday for $20. No vehicles on course without permission.
