Address: 6868 Washington Ave, Stevensville, MI 49127 Located-SW corner of Michigan.
From I-94: John Beers Rd., exit 22; east thru downtown Stevensville to Washington Ave; turn south on Washington Ave. & continue approx. 1.5 miles; farm is on the west side of the road.
From US-12: North on Cleveland Ave. At Galien, approx. 14 miles; turn east on Linco & go approx. 0.5 miles; first crossroad is Washington, turn north, go approx. 0.5 miles; farm is on west side of road.
From I 131:
 Exit 15 B North.  At Linco Rd, approx. 3 miles; turn west on Linco Rd. and go approx. 5 miles; turn north on Washington Ave. and go approx. 0.5 miles: farm is on west side of road.

Event Fees Directory: Entries may be made through Xentry or by direct mail.  Entries through Xentry may pay with a credit card.
Draw checks to Lucinda Henderson.  Checks and money orders drawn on US Banks only will be accepted.  Separate Check for each horse. 
All entries must be mailed with signature page and current Coggins to secretary.
All entries post-marked or hand delivered after closing date - please add $35.00 to your entry.

Entry: PT/T: $155.00;  N/BN: $145.00.
Stabling:  $120.00. 
Tack Stalls: $120.00.
Haul In Fee: $25.00 for entire weekend (non-stabled horses only).
Non-compete horse: $30.00.
Camping N0-Hookups: $10.00.
Stall Cleaning Deposit: $40.00  Must be separate check per horse to be mailed in with entry.  Check to be released back to competitor upon completion of stall check-out.

All money owed at check-in must be paid in cash.

 Checks that are returned NFS must pay an additional NFS fee of $50.00.

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee.  After Closing Date- NO refunds on entry or stabling unless place can be filled from waiting list. Withdrawals must be in writing and emailed. Competition cancellation-No Refund. 
USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:

Competitor Information
Awards:
Award & 10 ribbons per division. High Point Dressage Award per division. T & P/T-$150 prize for lowest penalty points. N-$100 prize for lowest penalty points, BNH/BNR-$50 prize for lowest penalty points.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Tent Stabling 10x10 box stalls. Does not include bedding.  Bedding available for purchase, $8.00 per bale. 

Mandatory - Separate stabling form and stall cleaning check for each horse.  

Competitors who are stabling as a group must submit a stabling form for their horse listing a single group name or you may not be with your
group
No changes allowed on Stabling stall arrangements.

River Valley Equine Clinic- Loren Brandt, DVM, on call (269) 684-4269. Vet. On grounds: Loren Brandt, DVM (269) 684-4269 during cross country and stadium jumping. #´s will be posted at show office and score board.  Farrier: On-Call #'s posted at show office and score board.

Test & Arena sizes: PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test-A Sm. BNH/BNR/BNS-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A. Sm. Arenas: Sand.
Cross-Country:
PT - approx. 2300 m @ 470 mpm. T-approx. 2300 m @ 420 mpm. N-approx.2000 m @ 375 mpm. BNR/BNH-approx. 2000 m @ 350 mpm/max. Fence height 2´7’ approx. 18 jumps; BNS- approx. 2000 m @ 325 mpm/max. Fence height: 2´, approx. 14 jumps. Terrain: Straightforward courses mostly level ground with open view: Great spectator course. All courses: T/N-Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. BNH/BNR: Riders experienced at this level. BNS: Designed for the first time event rider. Cross-country course closed May 20, 2017.

Entry limit 100. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Preliminary/Training Level Hybrid Division - Preliminary dressage & stadium tests with training cross-country course.
Beginner Novice competitors - Please designate BH, BNA or BNS division on entry.  (BNS division qualifies for starter points only for T.E.A.M and Mid-South.)
