An entry is considered complete if it is received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date. If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late fee. (Junior, Collegiate, Full) and horse registration(Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro & Pre-comp: Intro entrants and Pre-comp are exempt from the USEA Starter and Drug fees and member/non-member fees. CT entrants are exempt from the USEA Starter and Drug fees, but if not a current member of the USEA, must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee. Full refund before CD: After CD. no refund unless, entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list. A refund for either will be refunded less $25. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. No charge for horse or rider changes before CD. $25.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after CD. Entries not complete (complete=means all fees paid and required information provided) by closing date will be charged a $25. fee. Competition cancelation -No refund. Neg. Coggins not required. Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thursday 7/6/17. Stabling limited; 200 stalls on grounds. PLEASE ORDER YOUR SHAVINGS with YOUR ENTRY. SHAVINGS ARE $10.00 PER BAG. $130/stall Thursday 10 am to Monday 10 am. Stall doors, 1 bag Initial bedding provided. $75 trailer-in fee for the weekend for non stabled horses. $100, for non-competing horses, plus stabling. If however you plan to compete the following weekend your horse is not considered non-competing. Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times after 3 pm Friday. For horses staying over for Coconino II, add 1 nights ($25). Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec´y. Stabling requests must accompany entry.

Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200. Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the cross-country course. Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level, $5 per person. Party: 6:30 pm, Saturday, buffet one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $15. Cross-country schooling for two hours (time & conditions permitting), following last horse to go on Sunday; a fee of $40 for entered horses, non-entered horses, $60; free for horses entered in both events. Trainer must pick-up pinney and pay secretary.
We will be offering the Coconino Challenge. This is for horses entered both weekends Summer I & Summer II. Great prizes!
