Directions:
From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile.  Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left.

                                       Tues:    6:30 am to 6 pm.

                                       Wed:    7 am to end of show.
Mon:
Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm.
Tues:  All Dressage: 8:00 am;  All Cross-Country 10 am.
Wed: Show Jumping-9 am. Each Class will jump in reverse order. Awards ceremony with prizes  held immediately after each class finishes.

Fees:

Entry:   All P: $300.00;  All T: $275.00; All N: $250.00; All BN: $225.00. *NO EXTRA FARM FEES! All included in your Entry Fee!
Stabling: No on-grounds stabling available. Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 for list of possible stabling sites.

Grounds Fee:  Competing horse: no additional charge,  included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50

Entries not postmarked, completed  and paid by closing date 1/19/16 will be charged a $25 late fee. No changes will be processed after 1/27/16.
Returned check fee: $25.00.

 

Entries:

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 1/19/16, or a $25 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 1/19/16, or a $25 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $25 non-refundable  fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 non member fee with entry.  All horses competing at the Beginner Novice level must be registered with at least a Restricted status. 


All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 1/19/16 or a $25 late fee will be owed.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 1/19/16, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).  No refunds after 1/19/16. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 1/27/16.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check  entry status list at  www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Returned check fee: $25.

Up to $15,000 in Prize Money will be awarded. Each level /division will be awarded some portion of the prize money.

P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.
Cross-Country:

All new Cross Country Courses designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR)
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Average to Challenging  for horses with some experience at this level. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.
?Cross-country Course is closed year round - only open for specific volunteer schooling days immediately following Horse Trials and the Horse Trials itself.

Other Information:

Competitor Wine and Cheese Party following the finish of Cross-Country on Tuesday. See website or Scoreboard for additional information.

Total maximum entries 200. After 200 a wait list will be compiled.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  

Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.

Ice available in the Main Barn free of charge.

*Completed entries include; Entry Form with Signatures, USEA numbers, USEF numbers (if applicable),  Coggins,  Payment, Stabling Form (if applicable) and Stall Deposit Check (if applicable).
