Directions:

Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278. FROM I-20 EASTBOUND: Exit 172, left on GA 17, 1/2 mile to light at NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn right, then go straight thru next two stop lights, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign. FROM I-20 WESTBOUND: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 2 miles to NEW GA 17 bypass. Turn left, go through one light, cross RR overpass to stop light at US 78/278 East/Augusta Highway. Turn left, main farm entrance is 3/4 mile on left at brick sign.

Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Fri: Tentatively, Intermediate will run as a one day.  Int. Dressage-8 am; Int. Show Jumping-10 am; Int. Cross-country-2 pm. Keep checking our facebook page pinetopeventing for current schedule changes.
Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10 am. Prelim and Training with Prelim going first.
Sun: Cross-country-9 am.  Prelim then Training.

No checks drawn on Canadian or any non-US Banks, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or money order, or entry will be refused - No Exceptions!  This is due to an International clearing house fee charged to us for each foreign check.

All riders, owners, and trainers of horses at Prelim and above, MUST send COPY of current USEF card received by FEB 1st, or a $30 nonrefundable fee will be owed at check in.  Strictly enforced.
One check per horse, if not you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD.  One check per horse allows us to tear up the check if you scratch one of the horses before CD. No exceptions. No checks drawn on Canadian Banks or any other non-US bank, including money orders. Must have a US routing number on check or entry will be refused - No Exception!    One horse per stable form.

 All money owed at check-in must be paid in cash, no check or credit card.  This has been our policy for past 10 years.                                                          

Entry: I/P:: $230.00; PT/T: $205.00; N-$205.00.
Stabling: (show nights of Feb. 5-7): $ 130.00, Addt'l non-show nights: $20.00: Non-Compete Horse stabling: $155 (includes $25 surcharge)
Stall Cleaning fee:  no deposit required, however, stalls must be left clean of all scattered hay, manure and manure balls and urine or a $25 fine will be imposed.
Grounds fee: $ 55.00 (non-stabled horses).
Surcharge: $ 25.00 (non-compete stabled horses).
RV Hook-up: $ 45.00 per night, 2 night stay or greater will be given priory over 1 night reservations if overbooked. Note on stable form if your RV is large and/or needs a 50 AMP amps.  Because of certain RV requirements, may not be able to honor, "stable with" request.
Tack stall: $130 (if space available).
Fees not post marked by closing date, 1/20/15, will owe a $50 late fee per entry,  strictly enforced.
                                                                                                                                                         

Entries:
No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through x-entry and pay with credit card. If paying by mail, payment must be postmarked by closing date, 1/20/15, or a $50 late fee will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps ) must arrive by 1/21/15, or will be charged a late fee of $50.  If entry hand delivered, must be by closing date with payment and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No one scheduled without payment, prior to event, draw checks to Pine Top Farm Intermediate H.T.   Riders, owners and trainers at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards by January 31,205, or a $30 non-refundable  fee will be owed.  Foreign riders must send copies of their current national federation membership card.
All riders and horses(including foreign)must have a USEA number, and all horses including foreign must be registered with a FULL USEA registration if horses are showing Prelim or above.  All numbers and cards due to Pine Top secretary  by January 31,2015 or a $30 late fee will be owed.
 
Double entries: Not accepted. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses=$55... $25 surcharge for non-entered stabled horses. Refunds: Before C.D.-check will be torn up; After C.D.1/20/15, refund, minus $25 office fee if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list), no refunds after 1/31/15.  If space is available, entries postmarked after CD, 1/20/15 add $50 late fee and enter thru x-entry and pay with credit card only.  If for any reason the show is canceled-Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Scratches & changes must be emailed or faxed. No phone calls. Change of horse or rider must have a new entry faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. $25 change fee for change to entry and/or stabling made at any time.  Be prepared to show Coggins within 12 month. Do not send Coggins with entry.  Check www.eventingscores.com for entry status.  Check Pine Top's facebook page at pinetopeventing for ALL other info, no other notification method will be used for incomplete entries, etc.

Competitor Information
Awards:

Prizes & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$130/stall (for nights of Feb 5-7) 150 perm. stalls on grounds. No portable stalls.  Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $55..Additional nights stabling..$20 night.. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Bedding-shavings only. Prepaid shavings will be delivered to stall, $7.00 per bag. No straw bedding. $155 stall fee for non-competing horses if space is available.  Ability to stable by groups will be limited and may not be available if entering late.
Stalls must be left clean of all hay and all manure, including loose manure balls and urine spots, or a $25 fine will be imposed.   Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton. # 706-612-6018, will be posted at office.

Accommodations:

Ask for Pine Top Rates! White Columns Inn-5 mi.,706-595-8000. RV: Limited electric/water hookups. $45/night. 2 night reservations or greater will be given priority over 1 night reservation if overbooked. Pay in advance to reserve hookups. RV must be labeled with owner's name and cell phone number. No Tent camping. 

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: I-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-std. PT- 2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-std T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm.  N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm.
Cross-Country:
I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2600 m @ 470 mpm.  N-2100 m @ 400 mpm. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on 200 acres of rolling pastures with some woods, good galloping courses. No clay or stones. Jumps are substantial. All courses: For horses with experience at this level. All courses will be  near maximum height,  distance and efforts including ditches, multiple waters, corners,etc. No fences shared with another level..
Other Information:

New X-C Course Designer:  Derek di Grazia  X-C designer of ROLEX.
Cross-country course not open before event.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Excellent concessions on grounds by Thomson High Band Boosters.
Dogs must be leashed. Close all gates in stabling area at night.
No non-compete horses allowed in warm up areas during show, fully enforced, must get bridle number from secretary and wear at all times when out of stall.
