Rolex Kentucky CCI4* To Offer Tailgating
For the first time ever, tailgating will be offered at the Rolex Kentucky CCI4* Event in 2011. This is a fantastic new way for spectators to be able to catch the action, and enjoy a gorgeous afternoon at the Kentucky Horse Park. The prices aren’t too shabby—especially if you split it with a group of folks. Check it out!
This scene is the norm at most steeplechase races across the country—could it be the new face of eventing spectatorship? It would provide groups of friends and families the chance to socialize, bring their own food, and of course, cheer on the competitors. It would also be a great way for elderly or disabled people to be able to enjoy events, as well as families with small children. Thoughts?
