The 20th anniversary of the USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena Feeds is quickly approaching and it is going to be a can’t-miss opportunity for businesses to get their products in front of a large, diverse group of eventing enthusiasts. The 2024 event will again be hosted at the iconic Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, which still stands as the host of the largest eventing competition in North American history with nearly 1,000 horse and riders competing in the 2021 AEC. If your business is ready to partner with the USEA on this epic event, keep reading for all the details and contact the USEA to reserve your spot today.

Sponsors of the AEC get the unique opportunity of being the only businesses allowed on-site as vendors during the event. The AEC Sponsor Village is a curated collection of vendors located directly outside of stabling that provides unparalleled access to competitors, grooms, coaches, and their supporters throughout the weekend. For Bronze Level sponsors and above, one 10’x10’ vendor space is included at gratis with your partnership, which is equivalent to a $500 value. For Contributing sponsors and below, companies can purchase one of the following space options:

  • 10’x10’ Tent - $500
  • 10’x20’ Tent - $775
  • 20’x20’ Tent - $900
  • 20’x40’ Tent - $1,600
  • Small Mobile Trailer (<50’ length) - $1,000
  • Large Mobile Trailer (>50’ length) - $1,500

Additional storage space or trailer parking next to the vendor space can be added to any purchase for an additional $500. By securing a space in the AEC Sponsor Village, companies will increase their visibility to an affluent, well-educated audience of USEA members. Companies such as Adequan, Bates Saddles, SmartPak, Standlee, Kerrits, Shires Equestrian and more have already signed on to support the 2024 AEC. Don’t miss your opportunity to be at the event!

Partnership opportunities for the 2024 USEA AEC, and the USEA Adult Team Championships at the AEC, can be found here. Partnership opportunities start at the Prize Level, which includes a $500 investment and donation of 26 prizes for all the divisions offered at the AEC. Levels of commitment increase through Title Sponsorship, which interested companies should inquire within for more information. All partners of the AEC will receive visibility on-site and online during the event to capitalize on viewership from those in attendance and fans following along digitally.

For more information and to start discussing a partnership today, please contact Kate Lokey via email at [email protected] or by phone at (703) 779-9897. The USEA looks forward to welcoming you to the 2024 USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds in Lexington, Kentucky, on Aug. 27—Sept. 1.

About the USEA Adult Team Championships

The USEA Adult Team Championships, which debuted in 2014, is the capstone event for the USEA Area Adult Team Challenges, providing adults the chance to compete as a team and represent their Area of the country in a friendly and fun environment. Historically, adult riders had three regional Team Challenges in which to compete with fellow adults in a team environment, with the locations changing each year. In 2013, the USEA Adult Rider Coordinators voted to move to support Adult Team Challenges taking place in all 10 Areas across the country, with the finale being the ATC at the USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds. Each Area can send up to eight teams from Beginner Novice through Preliminary level to the ATC. Adult Riders know how to have a good time, and there is no doubt that they bring an increased level of excitement and camaraderie to the AEC! The USEA would like to thank The Chronicle of the Horse, Equilab, Kerrits, Nutrena Feeds, Shires Equestrian Products, and SmartPak for sponsoring the USEA Adult Team Championships.
