A New Member Experience is Coming Soon to the USEA

July 2, 2025

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) Inc. is excited to announce that a process has begun to move the USEA Online Member Services Portal to a new, modern platform designed to make eventing easier, more connected, and more accessible.

This summer, the USEA will begin rolling out a new digital platform designed to make it easier for members, organizers, and affiliates to engage with our sport and community.

While a specific date for the transition is not being announced just yet, the USEA expects to begin this transition in mid-to-late summer. Over the course of several months, the USEA will gradually move core member and event services into the new system. There may still be times where members will need to access the existing USEA Online Services during this transition period, and announcements will be made to keep everyone informed of these circumstances.

What’s Changing?

This new platform reflects a significant shift in how we think about technology and community. It’s designed for more than just the USEA—it’s built to serve the broader equestrian world, with future opportunities for affiliate and partner integration.

Members will notice new branding and a more modern interface, and while some elements may look unfamiliar at first, they’re designed to make the user experience simpler, faster, and more connected.

What Members Will Be Able to Do

Here’s a preview of what’s coming with our first release:

  • Renew memberships and register horses in a single checkout,
  • Manage multiple roles and accounts under one login (ideal for families),
  • Use a modernized entry system for events, clinics, and new activity types,
  • Explore a new registration category for a wide variety of USEA-recognized activities,
  • Enjoy expanded features for horse owners, breeders, and lessors, and
  • Access real-time updates and digital membership credentials.

Additional improvements—including new calendaring tools, event sanctioning processes, affiliate tools, officials learning management, and club registrations—will follow after launch.

Why This Matters

This change isn't just about upgrading a system. It's about making it easier for everyone in the community to pursue their passion for horses and eventing. The new platform represents months of collaboration toward a shared vision: to create a system that simplifies the administrative tasks so members can focus on what matters most—riding, training, and competing with their horses. By building a platform that can serve both the eventing community and the broader equestrian world, the USEA is creating more opportunities for connection and growth across disciplines.

What Happens Next

The USEA will share more updates in the coming weeks—including tutorials, guides, and support materials to help get our members started. No immediate action is required on the members' part at this time, and the USEA will ensure that the membership has plenty of time and information before anything changes.
