The 2013 USEA Annual Meeting and Convention is only six weeks away! From December 4-8, join us at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati for excellent food, drinks, awards, Olympians, shopping…what else could you ask for? Kick off your dirty muck boots – we’re giving you the perfect excuse to dress up!

Each week, we will be highlighting a handful of the outstanding speakers and topics that will be presented this year. These speakers will be presenting topics that are crucial to our sport, both today and tomorrow. From planning the eventing calendar to information on the development of sport horse medicine, these meetings are forums for USEA members to learn, ask questions, and provide their input.

USEA Board of Governors’ Reception and USEA Live Auction
Thurs, Dec. 5, 6:30-8:30pm

In the true eventing spirit – let the good times roll with good food and good company. The BOG will be hosting a welcome reception for all convention attendees on Thursday evening. Everyone is welcome to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks from the cash bar. Meet members of the USEA Board of Governors and catch up with friends before heading out to enjoy Cincinnati night life – much of which is within walking distance of the hotel.

USEA Annual Meeting of Members
Saturday, Dec. 7, 12:30-3:00pm

The USEA Annual Meeting of Members is an all-important part of the weekend as we welcome new Board members, say farewell to those leaving, and discuss the current business and future of the USEA and Eventing in the US.

USEA Year-End Awards Dinner and Dance
Saturday, Dec. 7, 5:30pm-Midnight

MC’ed by the legendary Jim Wofford, enjoy cocktails hosted in the Trade Fair area, then join us for dinner and a dance in the Regency Ballroom. Cheer on your friends and fellow riders (or maybe yourself!) for their achievements this year. Awards are presented to first place winners at all levels.

Online registration opened October 1! Go to services.useventing.com to register and pay by credit card. Register by Friday, November 29 to take advantage of reduced rates. Additionally, if you book your room at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati by November 6th, you will receive a discounted rate.
