The start of the 2012 Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships is only a few days away and 14 to 21-year-olds are already starting to converge upon the Kentucky Horse Park in preparation for this year's competition. Riders from every USEA Area will be represented in this year's eventing competition with nine CH-J* teams (seven U.S. and two Canadian) and four CH-Y** teams (three U.S. and one Canadian).

The USEA is saddened to share the passing of Helena "Lana" Allaire duPont Wright. Wright of Chesapeake City, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on April 23, 2025, at the age of 85.
Another record-breaking championship year for the USEA Intercollegiate and Interscholastic eventing programs is set to kick off tomorrow in Aiken, South Carolina, at Stable View, and the USEA can't wait to meet the students there!
