Waredaca Classic Three-Day Event Offers Preliminary Jackpot Prize Money

The Waredaca Classic Three-Day Event is pleased to announce the Preliminary Classic Jackpot. Currently the Jackpot is $2,000, with potential to go higher. The winner of the Waredaca Classic Three-Day at the Preliminary level will be awarded 50% of the Jackpot, second place will be awarded 30%, and third place will be awarded 20%. The top three winners will be awarded a minimum of $1000/$600/$400 respectively.

The Waredaca Classic Three Day is a part of the USEA Classic Series offering riders a chance to compete in the classic long format three-day event format. The Waredaca Classic Three-Day event offers Novice, Training, Modified, and Preliminary levels.

Entries are now open for the Waredaca Classic being held October 21-24, 2021.

About the USEA Classic Series
The USEA Classic Series keeps the spirit of the classic long format three-day events alive for Beginner Novice through the Preliminary levels. Competitors can experience the rush of endurance day, including roads and tracks, steeplechase, the vet box, and cross-country, as well as participate in formal veterinary inspections and educational activities with experts on the ins and outs of competing in a long format three-day event. Riders who compete in a USEA Classic Series event during the year will have the chance to win a variety of prizes at the events from USEA sponsors. Click here to learn more about the USEA Classic Series.

Townend Stays On Top at MARS Badminton Horse Trials

here was a dramatic finish to cross-country day at the MARS Badminton Horse Trials when the top two riders, Oliver Townend, with Paul and Diana Ridgeon's mare Cooley Rosalent, and Ros Canter with Lordships Graffalo, were both awarded 15 penalties for going the wrong side of a fence flag.
