USEA Endowment Trust Continues Pledge Drive for the Equine Cardiovascular Study

After raising $16,085 in only a few months for the USEA Equine Cardiovascular Study, the USEA Endowment Trust will be extending their pledge drive until May 1, 2010 in hopes of meeting the goal of $25,000 for this important study.
The Endowment Trust will match donations up to $25,000 for the Equine Cardiovascular Study - we're less than $10,000 away from our goal!
This study is one of the most important studies the USEA has ever undertaken, and with the knowledge this valuable research provides, we can hope to learn more about equine cardiovascular health and prevent pulmonary hemorrhages and other serious afflictions that are affecting our event horses.
Already the cardiovascular study has raised $16,085, but more money is needed to continue the research. Please consider printing one of these pledge cards and sending your donation in to the USEA office. The USEA extends their heartfelt thanks to those members who have already contributed to the study.
“To see how much the cardiovascular study means to our riders, owners, and vets is so encouraging and meaningful,” said Kyra Stuart, former USEA President and member of the USEA Endowment Trust. “The results of the study, when forthcoming, will hopefully contribute so much to our sport and many other equine endeavors as well.”
The pledge cards will also be available at the USEA booth at the upcoming Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event in Lexington, Kentucky. While you're checking out some of the USEA's fantastic new logowear, please consider making a donation to the study - no amount is too small!
