Lexington, Ky. - The US Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce the recipients of Land Rover/USEF eventing competition grants for the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials CCI4*, Tattersalls International Horse Trials CCI3*, and Luhmühlen CCI4* presented by DHL.
The following combinations have received grants for the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials CCI4* taking place May 3-7 in Gloucestershire, England:
Hannah Sue Burnett (The Plains, Va.) with Jacqueline Mars’ Harbour Pilot, a 2003 Irish Sport Horse gelding
Lynn Symansky (Middleburg, Va.) with The Donner Syndicate’s Donner, a 2003 Thoroughbred gelding
The following combination has received a grant for the Tattersalls International Horse Trials CCI3* taking place May 31-June 4 in Ratoath, Co. Meath, Ireland:
Phillip Dutton (West Grove, Pa.) with Tom Tierney, Simon Roosevelt, Suzanne Lacy, Annie Jones and Caroline Moran’s Z, a 2008 Zangersheide gelding
The following combination has received a grant for the Luhmühlen CCI4* presented by DHL taking place June 15-18 in Salzhausen, Germany:
Lauren Kieffer (Middleburg, Va.) with Marie Le Menestrel’s Meadowbrook’s Scarlett, a 2007 Thoroughbred Cross mare

Eventing is on an upswing in Area IX with the addition of Mile High Horse Ranch Horse Trials in Parker, Colorado. The inaugural event will run from July 6-7 this summer. Started and organized by Mile High Horse Ranch owner Vanda Werner, the event will feature Starter through Training levels.

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is pleased to offer the USEA Adult Team Championships (ATC) at the upcoming USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena Feeds. The Adult Team Championships will be offered once again at the Beginner Novice, Novice, Training, Modified and Preliminary levels for members of the USEA Adult Rider Program.
