Update on 2009 SmartPak Equine/USEA Training Three-Day Series
The new qualifications for the SmartPak Equine/USEA Training Three-Day Series approved at the USEA Annual Meeting last December have been postponed until 2010. The qualifications for participation is now at the discretion of the organizer.
In addition, the proposal that would mandate a T3DE to move up to Preliminary is only at the very early stages of discussion and there are no plans to make this division mandatory at this time or in the near future.
