United States Pony Club Continues Partnership with USEA in 2026, Championing Education and Development

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is pleased to announce its continued partnership with the United States Pony Club (USPC) in 2026, renewing its role as the Presenting Sponsor of the USEA Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) workshops. This ongoing collaboration highlights both organizations’ shared focus on strengthening education and elevating standards within the sport of eventing.
The USPC will support the delivery of ECP workshops nationwide while also investing directly in ECP coach development. As part of this effort, USPC will provide $2,500 in scholarship funding, awarding up to five grants to eligible USEA members who are also active within USPC as members, instructors, or leaders aged 18 and older. These scholarships are made possible through the Eleanor Brennan Memorial Fund, which is dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for Pony Club instructors and upper-level members.
“The United States Pony Clubs and the United States Eventing Association have long shared a strong partnership, rooted in a mutual commitment to educating the next generation of riders,” said Teresa Woods, USPC Executive Director. “As we continue as the Presenting Sponsor of the Eventing Coaches Program, we’re excited to see it not only support the development of USPC instructors, but also elevate education for eventing instructors as a whole as they pursue excellence in training, teaching, and coaching—for the good of the sport and for the well-being of the horse.”
The USEA Eventing Coaches Program (ECP) is designed to support instructors at every stage of their careers, offering a clear pathway for education, skill development, and certification. Through immersive workshops and assessments, the program promotes effective teaching practices, horse welfare, and rider safety across all levels of eventing.
