Click here to secure your spot at this year’s convention.
There are several registration types to consider for this year’s event, but the most cost-effective option that will give you access to all open meetings Thursday through Saturday and includes one ticket to the Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon on Saturday is a full convention pass. Full convention passes are $275 per person for Full or Life USEA members or $150 for Junior and Collegiate USEA members if purchased during the early-bird window, which closes on Dec. 11. On Dec. 12, prices will increase to $290 for Full or Life members or $175 for Junior and Collegiate members, so don’t wait to submit your registration!
If you can’t make it for the whole event, single day passes are also available for purchase. On Thursday and Friday, single day passes are $150 per day, and a Saturday pass can be purchased for $175. Are you interested in attending Chris Barnard and Marc Donovan’s Show Jumping Course Design Seminar on Thursday? Individual tickets to this seminar can be purchased separately for $50 per person.
If you’re looking to add some fun to your experience, you won’t want to miss the special events! The Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon will return on Saturday, Dec. 14, and while every full convention pass includes one ticket to this event, additional tickets for the luncheon can be purchased at $75 per person.
The provisional schedule can be viewed here, and it is jam packed with can’t miss educational opportunities. Start planning your must-attend sessions, like the keynote address, which will be given by eventer, trainer, author, and this year’s Road the Horse Champion, Tik Maynard, during the Annual Meeting of Members Luncheon on Saturday, Dec. 14. Other notably exciting sessions include the USEA Annual Awards, the Show Jumping Seminar with Marc Donovan and Chris Barnard, and several educational talks from our USEA Partners. The Convention will also host two meetings of the USEA Board of Governors, the first of which will be hosted on Thursday afternoon and the second will cap off the weekend of events on Sunday, Dec. 15.
New this year, the USEA Annual Awards Banquet will be hosted as a luncheon as on Friday, Dec. 13, to give attendees more opportunities to see the sites of Seattle in the evenings. Awards lunch tickets must be purchased for $100 per person. Tables for eight or 10 people are also available for $800 or $1,000, respectively.
Last but not least, the USEA will be hosting its first ever charity Poker Tournament during the Area VII Welcome Reception and Bingo Night! The Poker Tournament and Welcome Reception will take place on Friday, Dec. 13 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and buy-in for the event is $125 per person. Participants will have the option to add-on to their buy-in price in $25 increments as well. Enjoy some healthy competition with friends to support the USEA Foundation! If poker isn’t your thing, try your luck at Area VII’s Bingo Night, followed by live karaoke starting at 8:30 p.m. PT.

Possibly the only thing more unsettling than being a horse owner experiencing an infectious disease outbreak on their farm is to be a veterinarian who experiences one.
The United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) is proud to announce the first class of USEA Young Event Horse (YEH) Judges have completed their certifications through the YEH New Judge Education Program, which was led by YEH faculty member, Marilyn Payne.
Nazila Hejazi and her 20-year-old Missouri Fox Trotter mare, Tessa, may have made for an unconventional pair at the USEA Area VI Championships, held in October at Galway Downs (Temecula, California) but they didn’t let that hold them back. It’s uncommon to see a horse in their twenties still competing in eventing, and even more rare for a gaited horse to compete in a jumping sport.
Today, we pause to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and reflect on the powerful moment in 1963 when he stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and shared his vision for a better future. Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" speech was more than just words; it was a call to action that transcended time, culture, and boundaries—a beacon of hope that continues to inspire.
