Michael Jung became the 2010 Eventing World Champion by finishing on his dressage score of 33.0. Aboard Sabine Kreuter’s 10-year-old warmblood gelding, La Biosthetique-Sam FBW, the pair didn’t touch a fence in the stadium on Sunday, or across the country on Saturday. While Great Britain’s William Fox-Pitt took home the individual silver medal, his British team earned team gold; Canada earned team silver, and New Zealand’s Andrew Nicholson double-bronzed as his team finished with bronze medals and he claimed the individual.
