After a day of intense competition on a challenging world-class cross-country course, overnight leader Michael Jung (GER) retained his lead aboard Biosthetique-Sam FBW, running a flawless round. Standings shifted dramatically as U.S. individual rider, Becky Holder, moved into third place with Courageous Comet, Karen O’Connor and Mandiba jumped into ninth, Phillip Dutton and Woodburn ascended into 14th, and Boyd Martin and Neville Bardos took over 15th.
