The USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena Feeds is one of the best opportunities for businesses to get their products in front of a large, diverse group of eventing enthusiasts each year. With the 2026 event again being hosted at the iconic Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, companies are encouraged to join as soon as possible to take advantage of what could be another record-breaking year of entries.

The 2021 AEC at the Kentucky Horse Park still stands as the host of the largest eventing competition in North American history with nearly 1,000 horse and rider combinations participating. If your business is ready to partner with the USEA on this epic event, keep reading for all the details and contact Kate Lokey, the Senior Director of Programs, Marketing, & Partnerships, at [email protected] to reserve your spot today.

Sponsors of the AEC get the unique opportunity of being the only businesses allowed on-site as vendors during the event. The AEC Sponsor Village is a curated collection of businesses located directly around stabling that provides unparalleled access to competitors, grooms, coaches, and their supporters throughout the weekend. For Bronze Level sponsors and above, one 10’x10’ vendor space is included at gratis with the partnership, but sponsor may upgrade to purchase a larger space. For Contributing sponsors and below, the following vendor space options are available for purchase:

  • 10’x10’ Tent - $500
  • 10’x20’ Tent - $775
  • 20’x20’ Tent - $900
  • 20’x40’ Tent - $1,500
  • Small Mobile Trailer (<50’ length) - $1,000
  • Large Mobile Trailer (>50’ length) - $1,500

Storage space or trailer parking next to the vendor space can be added to any purchase for an additional $500. By securing a space in the AEC Sponsor Village, companies will increase their visibility to an affluent, well-educated audience of USEA members. Companies such as Adequan, Bates Saddles, Gallagher’s Water, Kerrits, Marshall+Sterling Equine Insurance, Cargill/Nutrena, PulseVet, SmartEquine, Standlee, Schneiders Saddlery, Shires Equestrian, and more have already signed on to support the 2026 AEC. Don’t miss your opportunity to join them!

Partnership opportunities for the 2026 USEA AEC, and the Adams Horse Supply USEA Adult Team Championships at the AEC, can be found here. Partnership opportunities start at the Prize Level, which includes a $500 investment and donation of 27 prize certificates for all the divisions offered at the AEC. Levels of commitment increase through Title Sponsorship, which interested companies should inquire within for more information. All partners of the AEC will receive marketing packages that include visibility on-site and online during the event, capitalizing on viewership from those in attendance and fans following along digitally.

About the Adams Horse Supply USEA Adult Team Championships

The Adams Horse Supply USEA Adult Team Championships, which debuted in 2014, is the capstone event for the USEA Area Adult Team Challenges, providing adults the chance to compete as a team and represent their Area of the country in a friendly and fun environment. Historically, adult riders had three regional Team Challenges in which to compete with fellow adults in a team environment, with the locations changing each year. In 2013, the USEA Adult Rider Coordinators voted to move to support Adult Team Challenges taking place in all 10 Areas across the country, with the finale being the ATC at the USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds. Each Area can send up to nine teams and 39 riders for the BN, N, T, and M levels, plus an additional eight members if they are at the Starter level only. Adult Riders know how to have a good time, and there is no doubt that they bring an increased level of excitement and camaraderie to the AEC!
