Karen O'Connor is Highest Placed American at Badminton
Dressage day two concluded at the Badminton CCI4* and Ruth Edge has taken the lead with Two Thyme. The pair sit on a 33.3. Piggy French and Jakata sit in second on a 36.0 while yesterday’s leader, Laura Collett and Rayef, round out the top three with a 36.5. All three Americans rode dressage today with Karen O’Connor and Mandiba (pictured above) tied for fifteenth on a 44.5, Buck Davidson and Balleynoe Castle RM in a tie for 26th with a 47.3, and Jennifer Wooten-Dafoe and The Good Witch scored a 53.7 for 42nd place.
