2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Kicks Off With First Horse Inspection for Eventing

By USEA | September 29, 2010

After an unfortunate bout with cellulitis, the USEF team made the decision to withdraw Kim Severson’s Tipperary Liadhnan, who was a member of the team. Therefore, five U.S. horses, among 82 others from 21 other counties, trotted before the ground jury this morning. All five U.S. horses passed and Karen O’Connor and Mandiba have been selected to replace Severson and Tipperary Liadhnan in team competition. Pictured, U.S. team members Karen O’Connor and Mandiba.
