Walk the Novice and Beginner Novice Courses at the 2018 USEA AEC

By Jessica Duffy - USEA Staff

After competition in the 2018 USEA American Eventing Championships (AEC) presented by Nutrena® Feeds at the The Colorado Horse Park was cut short yesterday due to severe storms that swept through the area, the organizers did some creative shuffling to rearrange the schedule and accommodate the divisions that weren't able to complete yesterday. Preliminary cross-country led off this morning on Tremaine Cooper's at 8:00 a.m. with Preliminary Rider and will be followed by Intermediate, Advanced, Novice, and Beginner Novice.

USEA has partnered with CrossCountry App this year to provide virtual course walks so that riders, owners, and spectators alike can preview the cross-country courses right from their desktop or mobile device. With the CrossCountry App, riders can create a virtual map of your course, complete with minute markers, notes, and photos, or can take a virtual course walk of a pre-recorded course. Training, Preliminary, Intermediate, Advanced course walks were posted on the app yesterday and can be viewed here. Click on the maps below to preview the Novice and Beginner Novice courses! The CrossCountry App is available for download on iOS, and for those not using an iPhone, all the course walks can be accessed using a mobile web browser by clicking here.
