USEA to Live Stream the 2017 Annual Meeting and Convention
The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is excited to announce that, for the first time ever, we will be providing a livestream of select content from the 2017 USEA Annual Meeting and Convention in partnership with Ride On Video. This year’s Convention will be held from December 7-10 at the Westin Long Beach Hotel in Long Beach, Calif.
Three separate feeds are available to watch the 2017 USEA Annual Meeting and Convention in order to cover as many sessions as possible. The first feed "Open Stream" provides livestream content that is free and available to all to watch, while the second and third feeds are available for viewing free to USEA members who have joined for the 2018 competition season. Members who haven’t yet renewed for 2018 or wish to join the USEA for the first time have several membership options available including a full competing membership or a supporting membership. From the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Cross-Country: Miriam Keefer’s Eventing Journey
At last fall's Full Moon Farm Horse Trials, 16-year-old Miriam Keefer guided her horse, Micky, over the final cross-country jump with quiet determination and a flash of joy. It was her first recognized event at the Novice level, and she placed second out of 16 competitors—qualifying her for both the USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Nutrena Feeds and a long-format three-day event.

Martin and Cooley Nutcracker Rise to the Top at Yanmar American Tryon International CCI4*-L
Day 3 of competition at the Yanmar America Tryon International Spring Three-Day Event presented by Tow & Collect showcased Clayton Frederick’s course design at the picturesque White Oak Cross-country course at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (Tryon International). The leaderboard of the CCI4*-L division saw a shakeup after two phases of competition.

Townend Stays On Top at MARS Badminton Horse Trials
here was a dramatic finish to cross-country day at the MARS Badminton Horse Trials when the top two riders, Oliver Townend, with Paul and Diana Ridgeon's mare Cooley Rosalent, and Ros Canter with Lordships Graffalo, were both awarded 15 penalties for going the wrong side of a fence flag.
