Land Rover U.S. Eventing Team:

Kieffer (Middleburg, Va.) and Jacqueline Mars' Landmark's Monte Carlo, a 2006 Irish Thoroughbred Cross gelding, will make their second team appearance, having been teammates of Brown at the Military Boekelo-Enschede CCIO3* last fall where the U.S. won the Silver medal. The pair made their debut at the CCI4* level this spring, placing 18th at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Land Rover.

Brown (Cochranville, Pa.) and Blossom Creek Foundation's Super Socks BCF, a 2006 Irish Sport Horse gelding, have been steadily gaining experience at the highest levels of the sport over the last year. The pair earned valuable experience in its first team appearance at the 2015 Military Boekelo-Enschede CCIO3* where they contributed to the U.S. Silver-medal win and finished sixth individually. This spring, Brown and Super Socks BCF competed in their first CCI4* at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Land Rover where they placed 21st.

Burnett (The Plains, Va.) and Jacqueline Mars’ Harbour Pilot, a 2003 Irish Sport Horse gelding, will make their first team appearance since the 2011 Pan American Games where they won Team Gold and Individual Silver medals. Following a quiet year in 2015, Harbour Pilot has made a strong return in 2016, placing third at the Red Hills CIC3* and 15th at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Land Rover.

Dutton (West Grove, Pa.) and David Garrett’s Indian Mill, a 2005 English Thoroughbred gelding, have been developing a solid bond since Dutton got the ride on the gelding in January of 2016. Previously campaigned by Australian Paul Tapner, Dutton has had three outings on the gelding, placing in the top ten in each event.
