Take the USEA Volunteer Survey!
Calling all competitors, spectators, organizers, volunteers, and officials! The United States Eventing Association (USEA) Volunteer Committee has released a survey in efforts to improve the USEA Volunteer Incentive Program. The survey was created to seek feedback regarding interest in volunteer education opportunities.
The feedback gathered is extremely valuable to the USEA in planning opportunities for volunteers. Please take a few moments to respond to this short (three minutes or
less) Volunteer Survey.

About the Volunteer Incentive Program
In efforts to recognize the dedication, commitment, and hard work that volunteers put into eventing, USEA formed the Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP) in 2015. In 2017, an online management portal was designed for volunteers, organizers, and coordinators at EventingVolunteers.com (available as an app for iOS and Android). Volunteer incentives include national and area recognition, year end awards with ribbons, cash prizes, trophies, a top ten USEA Volunteer leaderboard, and a “Volunteer of the Year” award which is given to the volunteer who tops the leaderboard by accumulating the most volunteer hours over the USEA competition year. Klugman's Returning to Kentucky on a Special Mare
Ema Klugman completed a fairy tale story in 2021 at the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event when she made her five-star debut with the Thoroughbred/Saddlebred Bendigo, who she came up the levels with from Pony Club to Advanced. As Ben was heading into the later years of his career with Klugman, she purchased Bronte Beach, a Zangersheide mare (Verdi TN x Dalphine), in 2017 as a 5-year-old to follow in his footsteps.
