Stackhouse Saddles Returns as A Bronze Level AEC Sponsor
The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is excited to announce our continued sponsorship with longtime partner Stackhouse Saddles. As a Bronze level sponsor of the 2016 Nutrena USEA American Eventing Championships presented by Land Rover (AEC), Stackhouse Saddles will award the Preliminary Young Rider and Junior Training Rider Champions a beautiful, custom-made Stackhouse saddle.
"We are delighted to continue our long running sponsorship of the USEA. Stackhouse is such a small company that it is not possible for us to effectively sponsor individual riders. We feel that our sponsorship of the USEA enables us to give back to the sport as a whole,” said Stackhouse saddle maker, Lesley Ellis. “We are particularly proud that we have been able to benefit so many young riders along the way and look forward to continuing our relationship with such a wonderful association."
Each Stackhouse saddle is individually created to fit both horse and rider with all the leather being cut by hand, which allows for the flaps to be tailored to the individual. Quality, comfort, fit and many other things are key to constructing a saddle with perfect balance and one perfectly suited for its purpose. The Stackhouse range includes dressage, eventing, and jumping saddles – all made from the very best full-grain leathers.
“A Stackhouse saddle is not simply a saddle, it is a work of art. Every saddle is handcrafted by master craftsmen David Stackhouse and Lesley Ellis to fit each horse and rider,” said USEA CEO Rob Burk. “Stackhouse saddles and the USEA have maintained a strong relationship for countless years and we are honored by their continued support.”
In addition to supporting the AEC, Stackhouse Saddles is a Bronze level sponsor of the 2016 USEA Training Level Three-Day Series and will award a custom saddle to the winner of the 2016 Training Level Three Day Program drawing. Stackhouse Saddles is a Silver level sponsor of the 2016 USEA Annual Meeting and Convention as well as a sponsor of the 2016 Junior Training Rider of the Year.
Stackhouse Saddles will be at the American Eventing Championships held August 31- September 4, 2016 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, North Carolina. To learn more about Stackhouse Saddles, visit www.stackhousesaddles.com.
