While we all attend the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event for the competition, the next best thing about the event is definitely the shopping! The USEA is excited to be back on-site at the Kentucky Horse Park for the competition this year and to debut some all-new apparel items for the 2025 season. Here is a sneak preview of what you can expect to see at our booth, located just behind the Rolex Stadium next to the large Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event booth, this year.
As we all know, the weather in Kentucky can be a bit unpredictable, which makes our first new item a must-have for wandering around the grounds of the horse park and your next afternoon hack. The Ariat Women's VentTEK Stretch Shirt was made with comfort and functionality in mind, featuring Ariat's VentTEK™ side panels that efficiently draws sweat away from your skin, while also protecting you from sun damage with reliable UV coverage.
If you find yourself in need of a little extra rain protection this week, consider checking out our Ariat Spectator Waterproof Jacket for both men and women! Face the elements head-on with AriatTEK® technology that is breathable, waterproof, and comfortable. This jacket has an adjustable hood and cuffs, allowing you to customize the fit to your needs!
From our friends at Kerrits, we have an all-new riding shirt ready for your next lesson in two very striking colors. The Kerrits Charisma Coolcore Women's Long Sleeve Riding Shirt is designed to keep you cool, dry, and protected during warm-weather rides. This shirt is made out of Coolcore® micro-mesh fabric that naturally disperses heat and wicks away moisture, plus it offers UPF+40 sun protection!
We also have a new short-sleeve option for both the guys and the gals thanks to our partnership with Dubarry in the Dubarry Riviera Women's Technical Polo and Dubarry Menton Men's Technical Polo. Get a tailored fit and performance-driven protection with this soft, lightweight, quick-drying fabric that also has antimicrobial odor prevention built in! This polo offers UPF+50 protection from the sun, and as an added bonus, there is a built-in loop to securely hold your sunglasses and a handy eyewear cleaning patch discreetly hidden in the hem! How cool is that?
As always, the booth will be stocked with other exciting bits and bobs of USEA merchandise including hats, stickers, other apparel items, and more. All items will be exclusively sold in the tent during the competition, but never fear—all items will then be made available for purchase online after the event at shopusea.com.
