Entries: Online Entries only accepted.
CCI5*-L and CCI4*-S - Only complete entries with full payment will be acceptedregardless of nationality. A total of 80 horses will be accepted to include any horse(s) specifically nominated by the USEF SelectionCommittee. Priority given to CCI5*-L entries.
CCI5*-L: Competitors may enter any number of qualified horses but only ride at the most three (3) horses and must declare them in order of preference byMarch 25th (closing date). In case of excessive entries, the OC will reduce the number ofhorses per rider to two (2) as noted above. “Double Entries”are permitted only in the CCI5*-L.
CCI4*-S: Competitors may enter any number of qualified horses but only ride at most two (2) horses and must declare them in order of preference by March 25th (closing date). Priority is given to the CCI5*-L entries. If there is an oversubscription in the 4*-S, then the riders with the most points on theFEI World Eventing Athlete Rankingslist as of February 28th will be accepted.If riders have horses in both the CCI5*-L and the CCI4*-S, they may not ride more than 2 in each level. Horses entered in the CCI5*-L may NOT change divisions at any time either from the CCI5*-L to the CCI4*-S unless permission is granted by the OC.The waitlist will expire on April 14th at 4 p.m.
FEI Entry System:In addition to sending your entry to EEI, all entries must be entered into the FEI Entry System. Entries in the FEI Entry System will be considered in good standing with the respective NF.

CERTIFICATE OF VETERINARY INSPECTION:CVI within 30 day must accompany each horse. Horses must be accompanied by a valid FEI Passport. HORSES MUST BE ON GROUNDS BY 6pm Tuesday, April 22nd. *KY regulations require that CVI include all tests that have been conducted as well as all vaccinations including vaccination date and type of vaccine used.' For competition horses or horses accompanying competition horses that have an FEI Passport, reference the passport number on the CVI. This will provide the required vaccination information.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
The CCI4*-S will be scheduled around the existing provisional CCI5*-L schedule.
Horses entered in the CCI5*-L may NOT change divisions at any time from CCI5*-L to the CCI4*-S unless permission is granted by the OC and only if entries warrant.

Stall doors/initial bedding and mats(5 bags of shavings and mats) provided for competing horses only. Indicate preference of shavings or straw on Stabling form. FEI rules allow only the following persons connected with the horse access to Competition Stables: Rider; a maximum of two (2) Owners at any one time; Trainer (as listed on Entry); One (1) Groom/horse; Veterinarian accompanying competitor. Only Official Event Farrier allowed in Competition Stables. Wristbands issued by Competition Organizer required for access to Competition Stables at all times. Owners cannot be guaranteed benefits or recognition unless they are listed on the FEI Passport by MARCH 31, 2025. Please provide an email address for every owner in order for them to receive information on an Owner's Packet.
Course Closing: Cross-country course closed at all times. NO advanced cross-country obstacles at the Kentucky Horse Park may be schooled without permission of Equestrian Events, Inc.
Schedule of the Competition: For important information, ALL potential entrants should read the Schedule prior to sending entry, Schedule can be found at https://kentuckythreedayevent.com/, on the K3DE App, or requested from the Director of Competition.
Dogs: MUST be leashed or they will be immediately impounded by an Animal Control Officer. Dogs are not permitted in hospitality tents, stadium or grandstands.
Admission Tickets and Parking: Details on tickets and parking for riders, owners and grooms will be emailed once entry is processed.
Food/Entertainment: Food available on grounds. Complimentary Competitors/Owners/Grooms' Luncheon, Wednesday, April 23rd; Sponsor & Competitor Welcome Reception, Wednesday, April 23rd. Lunch Tickets provided to Grooms (one per horse) for the period Wednesday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 27th.
International Competitors: All international entries must be made by their National Federation (NF) through the FEI Entry portal. Entries made on the USEA CCI Entry Form will be provisionally accepted until the entry is submitted through the portal.
SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
