Schedule Announced and Registrations Closed for the Young Horse Symposium in Ocala

By USEA | February 10, 2015

The “Evaluation of the Young Event Horse Prospect” Symposium in Ocala, Fla. is just days away, and the USEA is no longer accepting registrations for the morning classroom sessions.

While the morning sessions are full, discounted rates will be offered to auditors interested in attending the afternoon sessions at Longwood Farm. USEA members, however, may still attend the afternoon sessions free of charge.

World-renowned event rider and Olympic gold medalist Leslie Law has been added to the lineup of prestigious speakers for the symposium. Law will be speaking on the evaluation of the gallop on the second day of the symposium. Samantha Allan, an upper level event rider and Future Event Horse committee member, has also been added as a panelist for the free-jump demonstration on the first day. Learn about the other speakers here.

Please find the schedule for the symposium here, and contact Kate at [email protected] with any further questions.
