Registration is now open for the 2026 USEA Annual Meeting & Convention, which will include the U.S. Eventing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Dinner, on December 11-13 in Arlington, Virginia. For those that want the full Annual Meeting & Convention experience, there are two registration options that will give you the most access to this year’s event. A Full Registration, which costs $265 per person for early birds or $275 at the event, will invite members to all general sessions, meetings and educational activities on Friday, December 11 through Sunday, December 13. This will also include a continental breakfast spread daily and access to the Welcome Reception on Friday evening.

If you don’t want to miss a moment of action, the All-Inclusive Registration may be for you. All-Inclusive Registrations provide all the benefits of a full registration, plus one (1) ticket to the Annual Awards and Meeting of Members Luncheon and one (1) ticket to the U.S. Eventing Hall of Fame Dinner. This registration type will not only provide the most value for your dollar, it invites you to the most fun! All-Inclusive Registrations are $450 per person and must be purchased by December 7.

Are you 25 years of age or younger? The USEA has a special deal for you! For the first time, the USEA is offering a Junior Registration that will be open to any member age 25 or younger that provides all the same benefits as a Full Registration. The fee for the Junior Registration will be only $150 for early birds and will increase to $160 per person on-site. A Junior All-Inclusive Registration discount is also available for just $350 per person until December 7.

While the USEA hopes that members are available for all three days of this year’s action-packed Annual Meeting & Convention, there are single-day registrations available for those that can only participate for a portion of the event. Friday Only and Saturday Only Registrations are available for $125 per person, per day, and give the attendee access to all the general sessions, meetings, and educational activities on the day they select.

Licensed Officials with an interest in Continuing Education Credits have one more opportunity to maximize their Convention experience. The Show Jumping Course Design Seminar for Licensed Officials, hosted by Chris Barnard, a highly accomplished FEI Level 2 and USEF “R” licensed show jumping course designer, will return on Friday, December 11 from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. ET. Registration for the seminar is just $40 per person.

This year, there will be two celebrations hosted during the Convention. First, the Annual Awards Luncheon and Meeting of Members will be held on Saturday, December 12 from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET to recognize the champions of the USEA Year-End Leaderboards! If you choose not to purchase an All-Inclusive Registration, individual tickets to the luncheon will be $80 per person and must be purchased in advance of the event.

Finally, the weekend will be capped off by the U.S. Eventing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. Another impressive group of eventing legends will be honored in front of the membership as we share a meal and tell stories of the sport we all love. Tickets to this unforgettable night can be purchased individually for $115 per person, for a table of 8 for $920, or for a table of 10 for $1,150 per person. Hall of Fame dinner tickets must be purchased in advance to ensure seating.
